State Police is a must!!. There should be tiers of "State Police"
One (community (for eg. Ekpoma, Iruekpen, Irrua, Uromi etc) Police ) should be headed by an elected officer from the said community, who will have the power to hire and fire, and who only answers to their community (and who would only be elected by members of the said community).
