If yes, why would HE have included in the plan to sacrifice his only son or himself to redeem man when he already knows the future?

Also every sin man commits is in disobedience to God, And He has the power to forgive and punish, why would he need blood of his blood to forgive man since everything still goes to him??

These questions begs for answers with scriptural backing not just opinion.
