Phil cuts the image of a smooth criminal ..I hope Claire doesn't regret this ...for Mike ...anyways the demonization of the character by the writer is too much . I had hopes he might change ,but he keeps deepening his grave . |

Romance › Re: My Fiance Just Left Me Due To Genotype Issues by jumpmasta(m): 8:48pm On May 27, 2017 |
meiyol: I just lost my relationship due to genotype issues..he is AS and I'm AS. We knew abt our genotype incompatibility frm the very first day..we were cool with it or so i thought. We were together for a year nd some months before we switched to long distance relationship cos of his job. I'm a med student, he is a doctor, so we both knew wat it meant. I was cool with it cos the signs were there that God put us together..everybody knows it, his parents, my parents..we ourselves knew it that our paths were ordained by God.. Then suddenly, from nowhere, he comes up with dangers of having sickler kids, the diseases they face, their pain and all..he suddenly stopped talking abt d fact that we may be lucky not to have any of our kids as sicklers, or medical methods we could use like IVF and all..our parents are both aware of the genotype ish, mine are very okay with it. He said he's not sure his parents are okay with it and yet they call me EVERYDAY to assure me nothing will go wrong and to cheer me up and all.. i questioned him cos it made me feel he was looking for an opportunity to leave..and he didnt give me any reply, just stopped talking to me. Our introduction was slated for next year, he is my first love, I've been so loyal nd i pray for him.. I feel so used and heartbroken..my instincts tell me something is wrong..I'm back to square 1, where would i start from? He was my best friend, my everything..now, it's just me Calm down ...His decision is the best . You will get over it with time . The pain of having to manage SCD children is something u won't want to live with . Forget all that probability stuff on Paper ..and I don't think selective fetocide is way to go |

PamelB: I'm sorry for last night's short update. I was feeling sleepy but I said I must drop something for you guys. I slept in the middle of typing and when I got myself, I decided to just post the one I've written and jejely answer the call of nature.
"What is this Micheal?"
"Baby, I'm sorry. I know that no word justifies my action towards you this past few days but please honey, for all we've shared, forgive my shortcomings. I....'
"Get out. Get out of here before I change my mind Micheal."
"Honey, hit me, slap me, do whatever but please, forgive me. I don't know what came ovet me. I was blind Claire. Listen, I promise we can still be better than we were. Holiday to Bahamas, shop at Dubai, anything you want baby."
"How about giving me your attention? If its not a board meeting by ten, its a business proposal you want to look at. Micheal it's not about money and material packages Micheal. If you'd given me attention, you'll notice the changes in me and we'll tackle it together. I don't want holidays or picnics or shopping or whatever. I want my husband Micheal. I want the man I married. Give him back to me Micheal."
She cried, sliding down the wall to the floor. She wept, thankfully and still, with lots of regrets. It was going to be difficult for her. He had slept with her sister, who knows what would have happened if she'd not caught them that night.
He kneel walked to her and held her, pulling her into his arms. He had missed her and he regretted ever making her cry. She'd been faithful to him, even after she found out that he was having an affair with his secretary. The secretary that had ruined him. He was going to deal with her. If only he knew that things would turn out like this, he would have had her fired the very first time she seduced him. But he thought with his Johnson instead of his brain and it had cost him a lot.
"I'm sorry baby. I'm sorry I promise. Let's go back to the life we had before now. I'll make everything better I promise. I'll be that man you want Claire. I promise."
She let him hold her. She'd missed him.
He walked upstairs and found them in each other's arms, crying their eyes out. He smiled, beating his chest proudly for accomplishing his goal. At least, he would go home now without fear. Claire has got her marriage back and he was satisfied. He would talk to Micheal later but for now, they should take their time.
She stepped into the flat with her box. The agent came to her immediately with a big smile.
"Hope you like the apartment madam?"
She looked around, satisfaction gleaming in her eyes.
"Show me around. I'm loving the decor already."
He smiled and led the way. Twenty minutes later, she was transferring eight hundred thousand naira to his account while he wrote her receipt.
"I would have paid for a year but my husband will be back before the expiration of this six months.'
"Its alright madam. You're welcome."
He left the apartment and she went to the room. The house was big enough to contain six people but it was only a room and sitting room with the dining area. It also had a big kitchen and it was worth the amount being charged for it. She began to unpack her things, having it in mind to call Micheal once she was done.
They both sat down on Kelvin's bed, not talking to each other. Claire had cried herself to sleep in his arms and he had carried her to their room, their matrimonial room. He was about going to the sitting room for a drink when he ran into Kelvin who invited him to his room for a chat.
"Man, this silence is killing o." Micheal said
Kelvin smiled.
"I'll get us drinks and then ask the girls to send chicken upstairs. It's good to have you back bro."
They shook hands and Kelvin left the room. He would disclose nothing to Micheal. The most important thing was that he had realised his mistakes. Whatever happened before today should remain behind.
Hope you guys understand me please. It's still your girl, Pamelb We understand You dear...We got your back !!! 1 Like |

smokeydrinky: Some people actually said Claire should fight for that fool? For how long? Until she is dead and gone? Hmmmm.. .. This marriage is by force mentality that some Nigerians, especially women have eh.... I pity.
As for me, I don't know why Claire is taking time to embrace happiness. If na me, na from hospital straight to Phil's house, to the court for annulment of my existing marriage and then the registry to sign the dotted lines with the man who deserves to have me, simple. Are you married?...If you were, maybe you d be a bit slower in making rash decisions |

ZarZar: Hmmm...call me superstitious but I suspect witchcraft is involved. May their souls rest in peace.
This story actually reminds me of a girl that used to rent a room at my sister's house. She graduated one December, went home for the holidays & died on the 2nd week of January. The story we heard from her brother is that she went to town on the afternoon & got a call to come for a job interview on a specific date. She got home, found her mom sitting with a neighbour outside & she excitedly shared the news with them. Later that evening they say she complained of a headache. They sent the brother to go buy her Grandpa (a headache powdery substance). The brother said when he returned, she was much worse & was hallucinating. They called the ambulance, but sadly she died on the way to hospital. The postmortem results came back saying a vein in her head ruptured. What a coincidence for her to have a ruptured vein on the day she got that fateful call It's not a coincidence, extreme excitement and stress have been known to burst aneurysms..especially Berry aneurysms. It could lead to stroke or instant death. |
