The agent that got my flat told me that the place belongs to FHA not Ado royal family as marketed. He said he could have become a millionaire selling land there but his conscience wouldn't let him. IamKizzbrown10: In this part of the world, men often die earlier than women..did you noticed? I know that naturally, women live longer than men. In fact, 57% of the oldest people on earth right now, are women.
For instance, the average lifespan is about 5 years longer for women than men in the United States and about 10-15 years longer in Africa. WHY?
These days for an African man to live up to 70yrs is a miracle..while the women live up to or more than 100yrs. WHY?
In 95% of African family right now, the man is no more..he’s dead and gone so soon, while the wife is very much young, alive and flexing. WHY?
Drop your Comments!!! Because a 40 year old man is marrying a 22 year old girl coupled with the burden of being a husband. He is 18 years closer to the grave all things being equal. |

Raising fuel prices and other commodities while allowing the infrastructure to decay is a plan to impoverish more people.
Wait, by next year, they will raise fuel prices in the name of stopping subsidy just to see how many people will die.
An average zombie is always envious, jealous and looking for who to kill or silence. That's the reason for all the terrorism happening across the country. This is biased..its like living in a 6 acres palatial mansion all your life without stepping out and thinking everyone is living like you. |

Landforce1: Last week, I put up my phone for sale on . On Thursday, a guy called me, phone number 08035316182, asked if the phone was still available. We negotiated on the price and had an agreement. The only issue was that, he was in Enugu while I, in Anambra. I agreed to send the phone over to my friend in Enugu who will help finalize the deal. On Friday, I reached out to the buyer and informed him I was going to do the waybill he politely asked me to send him my friend's number which I did after I had sent the phone via waybill. In addition I sent the buyers number to my friend too. My friend told me he had called the buyer to establish contact so it would be much easier to deal with him when the phone arrives. Though the waybill company wasted a lot of time and the phone got to Enugu around 4pm. My friend called the buyer and he said he was busy that he would call back leta . He never called back. It really got me worried later that Friday night I called the buyer to get why he didn't reach out again and was surprised when he asked me who I was. Sha, I felt it was a mixed up so introduced myself. He told me he was busy sha he would call back. He still didn't call back. I was very furious so I sent him a text informing him that the phone would be sent back if he doesn't make contact the following morning.
In the morning on Saturday that's yesterday he called me and apologized for the previous day. He then assured me he would reach out to my friend before noon so that they could finalize the exchange... Fast forward to 3pm on Saturday, he never reached out. I called him and yet again he asked me who I was. Still maintaining my cool, I told him about our previous conversations but this time, he said he was at a wedding that he would reach out later that evening. Till now he hasn't called.
I've been trying to wrap my head around what his motive could be but I'm still not finding a good explanation for his actions.
Meanwhile, while we were negotiating on the price I told him I was using the said phone and I would be resetting my personal data before sending the phone over to him. I asked him to tell me should he change his mind about buying the phone so that I don't lose both my data and waybill money. He assured me he was serious with his intentions to buy the phone. This night being Sunday, I called again but he aggressively said I was disturbing him so he blocked me Not a serious buyer... |
Romance › Re: Some Ladies Are Just Ingrate by juniorstar(m): 11:44am On Nov 28, 2021 |
Tbvxl: Hi everyone ! So i am creating this thread to share with you guys the experience I had with a lady...
So i met this lady sometime in April this year on Facebook and we got talking everyday ,even though I did the calling mostly then I asked her out... She actually a make up artist and you know sometimes make up artistry work is kinda seasonal. During the time I met her ,things weren't so going on well for she and her family, sometimes they don't eat a whole day and this made me feel bad .I was supporting with the little I had then,I can't even count the number of times I have sent her money to eat or get something for her family. Actually this girl isn't that beautiful though, she only possed what I ever wanted in a woman. She's an introvert too. Well on her birthday I did for her a surprise cake and other gifts. Months after, she changed towards me. Anything I say on phone she gets peevish easily. She changed drastically to the extent that I made my findings if she was seeing another guy ,but I couldn't come to a conclusion then... Well we lost connections emotionally, she drifted away from me,I did all my possible best to keep the ship of the relationsh**t moving but it is too no avail. The straw that broke the camel's back for me was We didn't talk for a like a week plus or thereabouts, I could have called during that period but I chose not to ,wanted to see if she'd call me or something but to my greatest surprise I didn't see her call let alone a beep. So I messaged her yesterday telling her I had an accident (meanwhile I just wanted to see her reaction or what she would feel like) and I was bedridden for days. Would you believe this girl didn't even call or bother to know how it happened or what really transpired with me. All she said was " sorry" . None of her family members even called to know what's up..... Actually I am not heartbroken but I am just kinda pained I wasted my efforts and money and time on a relationship that would not even yield a good fruit. So if truly I had an accident this actually how they'd watch my enemy die . Some ladies are just an ungrateful.. I wouldn't wanna stop doing good but I think I'd rather give street beggars money than give a lady.. You got it all wrong from the beginning. |

The other day I was just listening to some women (old married ladies) talking about how many they remove before and after marriage, I just conclude that Africans are hypocrite. Just legalize it so it become a choice and people who want to do it will meet the right doctors instead of being a guinea pig in the hands of quack doctors. Personally I don't support abortion, with the way terrorist, rapists, thieves and scammers are getting out of hands I think they should have been aborted. I have reasoned along this same lines too..the bandits, kidnappers, terrorists na person born them.probably the person no fit train dem. |

With the high rate of unemployment, decreasing standard of living, increasing maternal mortality as a result of high cost of accessing health care and dwindling foreign reserves. Should abortion be a means of controlling the rapid growth of our population. As its estimated that we are currently 206 million Nigerians with only a fraction who are gainfully employed. |

Priscy01: Nigerian blogger and writer Linda Ikeji is celebrating 15 years anniversary since she started blogging.
Recounting her journey as a blogger, Linda Ikeji said she started as a personal and lifestyle blogger in which she only writes about herself and her life.
Igbere TV reports that the single mother of one and billionaire media mogul, in her post on Instagram, revealed that she later started writing about others in 2007.
Her blog soon became a gossip and news blog making her one of the pioneers of entertainment news online in Nigeria. She also shared a screenshot of her first blog post which dated back to November 26, 2001.
https://www.instagram.com/p/CWuwW2NNdMr/?utm_medium=copy_link
Born 19 September 1980, Igbere TV reports that Linda Ikeji is known for her blog and controversial publications online. If you observe well from her 1st write up u see the challenges of an average Nigerian entrepreneur without connection, you see that not all your business ideas cum business will make it till the end, you see that as an entrepreneur ideas doesnt come fully formed...lol I learnt this from Mark Zuckerberg and you can see the importance of a mentor from either someone you know or you look up to following their way of doing things by observing what they talk about. You see in itself that money is actually useless that the most important thing is looking for ways to create, identify, innate/ perceived value.. you might not believe this but if Elon musk donated all his wealth to charity he will still be among the world's richest men in 1 to 5 yrs cos he has developed the appetite of solving problems people shy away from.. And you have got to evolve overtime continue to do what works and discard what doesnt. And consistency is glaring from the above write up almost 2 decades wow.. |

If you zoom clearly into he video you’d see that the lady touched the leaves close to the fence and that was it. Many things to resolve, but electric shock is clearly not one of them! I was wondering cos the first post I saw regarding this case was naked wire killing a lady at a club.ppl were even saying why should an established club like this have exposed wire..it means the first account wasnt true. |

That was wat was controlling the girl to be running when no one was pursuing her. If this was an arm robbery case do you think this video will be of use? Like the camera was placed at that distance intentionally where it would be useless.. havent you seen CCTV videos of people stealing from malls or boutique and the face and every action was properly seen. This is the worst CCTV footage I av seen on nairaland and any where else. |

Tot dey said it was electric shock..where is the wire..and that guy touching d gal that they said got shocked how come he can touch someone killed by electric...all I can see from here is someone being pushed by a drunk acquaintance the gal running then slipping probably hitting her head on the floor although ideally should be on an outstretched hand and not her head. This video get as e be 1) the picture not clear..does not show them up close.. if this was an arm robbery case the video is worthless cos you cant identify anybody 2) why was she running when nobody was pursuing her before she tripped and fell 3) as wide as the compound she chose to run towards the fence..there should have been a CCTV camera close to that fence and not 1 mile away that way u can see the ppl coming out not their back...wat are you doing with someones back it's pointless |
