I'm this case, "if nothing had led to her being a suspect of his murder, then conducting a DNA test on his behalf would be an infringement of her emotions as she is naturally morning her husband(if married).


But if there are links of her being one of the suspects, then DNA test can be rightfully suggested.



So you are telling me now that if you die in your house under the roof of your mourning mother, and a THOROUGH INVESTIGATION is being done, the society should subject your morning mother And father to DNA test.

Nobody is scared of DNA. Reason it becomes insensitive is if the dead father never raised issues concering his paternity of the child while he was alive.

So because he never raised issues concerning his paternity now makes it wrong to raise the issue since he died in questionable manner? Do you really understand what it means to do a thorough investigation? What if that child is not his and belong to another? What if she has a hand in his death?

When there's a controversial death like that of mohbad, everyone is a suspect until proven otherwise. Wife might have connived with the real father of the boy to eliminate mohbad and inherit the little property he left behind. Just anything is possible and DNA cannot harm either the boy or his mother in any way. But i just wonder why women now hate DNA so much....
