Please modify the heading of this thread to Governing party and not Ruling party as the president Elect has made it clear that APC is Governing party when he assume power.

Just my thinking I need to get fuel for my car tomorrow as these Election is bringing more tension to us all.

I hope the incoming president will bridge the gap of religious and ethnicity divide the politician have been using all this while to deceive us. Effectiveness is getting the job done irrespective of wastage, time I.e not utilizing the resources well but not all the time.

Efficiency is when resources are utilized well without necessarily achieving the desired goal.

Goals/ objectives to companies are very important and its their very existence I.e profit , growth etc.

It is good to be both efficient and effective but if you are to choose one its EFFECTIVENESS that is better because at the end of the day it is the result that matters for your company.

i live in lagos, av dstv at home. which of your device will you recommend i purchase that will show live football (epl, laliga etc), movies channel, documentaries etc without scrambling any dstv channels because my conscience will not let me be if am watching free dstv.

Am tired of Dstv but i dont want something i feel is illegal.

i drive one of their SUV (ix35), so far the performance is okay. i will agree with some comments on better brake system, steering so soft when on top speed etc.

The only issue is the spare parts which if you dont get from their service centres in Gbagada or ijesha you will just be wasting your money to buy fake parts. i have wasted almost 35k to get brake pads for my car from technicians until i discovered that you cant get the original specialised brake pads sold by hyundai except from their service centres. there brake pads cost 25k and am thinking of getting one soon.

For those who complained that they once had an issue of the car not starting when the ignition is turned on, i had the same issue but it was due to the steering not straightened when the ignition is turned on.

Really spare parts are expensive.

I will never encourage anyone to allow children to watch cartoons on Cartoon Network channel, I really do not understand what children gain except entertaining. I allow my child to watch cartoons like Diego,Dora Dora in the morning while he prepares to go to school.these two is entertaining and educative even for adults.

I got a call from my christian boss yesterday in the office instructing me to attend the birthday celebration of a colleague in the department, i told her i av a client in front of me, she paused on the phone and replied that i attend before the close of work. I Later went to greet the celebrant but i knew deep inside of me that i would not attend if the party was outside the office.

I have worked in two different departments before i was promoted to head a department but due to politics my department was turned into a unit before it was merged with her department. Although i dont have issues with this because i believe it is only Almighty Allah that promote and demote. The department has this tradition of celebrating everything being a christian dominated department and the few muslims i met in the department were not so practising muslim as such.

It all started at the first Departmental meeting, i was informed at the meeting that at the end of the month each staffer in the Department would contribute certain amount for occassions in the Department such as Burial ceremony, birthdays, end of the year party, naming ceremony etc. I explained that my believe do not support some of this occassion such as Birthdays that due to this i would not pay the amount. it generated a lot of debate and i stood my ground that i wount contribute to any occassion i dont believe in. Please note i have research and know the islamic view point on celebration.

Funnily enough my cousin (a christian)who work in the same department pledge to pay the money on my behalf.To cut the long story short i want sincere advise and experience of my brethen on this issues.
