@all, please I need your advice. I didn't know about the 28 days rule on time so I fixed some money. The money I fixed is double the one left in my account. The deposit matures next week. I wish to find out if I will be offered a tier 4 visa. I have the fixed deposit certificate and a scholarship award letter that could support my application. Thanks.

I must commend the good job you guys are doing. All of your comments and advice have been instrumental in the visa successes so far. Congrats to everyone who have used this forum and have gotten a positive result.

I have been following the thread for a while now, though i have not contributed anything but i believe all the areas have been touched if an applicant would take his time to read through every post.
My quick question is this. I have applied since the 15th of July and I am yet to receive any reply. Does it usually take longer than the usual fifteen working days? Tomorrow makes it the fifteenth day though but I am getting a bit antsy now. Please i need reassurance from the house and also to know if anyone has had any similar experience whose processing time took longer and what was the outcome?

Hello,I just discovered yesterday that my passport may have been stolen from where I left it at work! I work in quite a very professional office so this is very unusual. Most of the people I work with including the cleaners are british with the occasional philipino and dudu person. But mostly local british folks. So I can't seem to get my head round why someone will want to steal a naija passport. The passport has a WP and a US visa plus a few expired schengen visas! If someone did steal it, what can they possibly do with it?? I'll appreciate any advice right now as this is completely effed up for me! I have not reported it yet as I'm still hoping it 'll turn up somewhere but can't find it anywhere at the moment and pretty sure (100%) I left it in my office drawer and it's not there anymore. There was also other things within the drawer that could have been stolen and sold on quickly but this person chose to steal my passport! What exactly can be done with a stolen naija passport? @Justwise @ Sienna, pls, i need your advice, my 60yr old Aunt got a 6months UK visit visa in 2005 but for one reason or the other, she didnt travel with the visa. The thing now is that she wants to visit her son in the UK whose wife gave birth recently. My questions are 1) will her not using the 1st visa not raise questions by d ECO? 2) does she need to include the old passport with the expired visa, in her application? 3) she go a 6months then, what duration should she apply for now? 6 months or 2years? 4) what document should she include in her application when applying now? Some had the right intention to serve, but immediately they were elected to that office, a force grip them and they suddenly embark on a different journey. Pray for Nigeria, do not curse Politicians. Every one has challenges in his/her life. Like someone said in another thread about South Africans, that despite the high crime they commit, you never hear them talk bad about their fellow citizens, but Nigerians are known for it. Oga Justwise, pray for Politicians, is not by might, neither by power. If you ever been elected to a govt office, you would understand. Only prayers can solve the problem of Nigeria, not all the post on NL or any other forum insulting politicians. What you speak, come forth, regardless of who you are or how ignorant one may be.
