cold: Blame the downgrade on the tea party nutters who want nothing but to see Obama out of office. How can you insist on a deficit reduction without a commensurate increase on the Bush tax cuts for the super rich The Tea party is a joke, they elected some nutters to bring down Obama? The hardship is not affecting Obama, its affecting ordinary American including deluded Tea Party members. |

2bosun: Now that will have some repercussions. More spending on debts for America, less value for the dollar say against the Yen. Less exports, more chinese imports- rising unemployment.
It's a tricky one for Obama's and he's lucky none of the republicans are looking good in the run up to next years election. Still, he has his work cut out for him.
IMO Obama hasn't looked like he has to balls to tackle the deficit as opposed to Osborne or Merkel. He would need to really tighten spending and I'm sure he can't wait for Bush's expensive tax cuts to expire. Actually its good news for USA manufacturing industry, they will export more now that dollar will be less valued which means cheap good. Importing from China will be less if Yen is valued more than dollar. China shouldn't punch the air yet cos they have to upgrade the value of their currency now China has deliberately de-valued Yen for a long time now. . making China products cheaper |

Vicjustice: Man, that's a load of money, the figure is enough for the poster to build his own super university. Exactly, a year Msc course in university of wolverhampton will cost him £9850 + 5400 maintenance fees, thats £15,250 for the first yr alone but he is going via Pg cert which will cost him nothing less than £10,000. So we are looking at estimately £25,250.00 in 2yrs. |

honeric01: And what makes you think England won't score in extra time too? Nigerian team is on the top of their game at the moment, England is not, just drawing a game is not good enough for knock-out stage, so England has to win it to move on. |

Ajibel: we are surely gonna win, but if we are winning to avoid some teams then we are not yet prepared to win the trophy convincongly, That is not true, in every competition, teams try to top the table and get rewarded with a good draw, that is how its, Nigeria hasn't shy-away from playing best teams through out the history of this competition. |

honeric01: Well to be the best, you have to beat the best, so why do you want England? remember the story of Paraguay at the COPA America? Yes Paraguay were lucky to go that far but at least they scored goals in extra time, England doesn't have a history of doing well in this competition, Nigeria does and meeting England can only be a good thing. |

Alikote: i got admision to study for an msc computer sci via a pg cert since am interested in a career swicth from the university of wolverhampton duration 30 months including a 12 months workbase dissertation with an i.t firm this aspect really got me interested and could be a channel to break into d i.t world in the u.k or some other develop country.but the snag is the news coming out of the u.k is scary about the job propects.am already earning 100 k montly in nijia with health insurance with lagoon hospital and a retirement pension account with pal and about to be married am clocking 30 this year dont want to blow up my savings chasing shadows mean while been in my small paradise without knowing alreadly.i could also get a study leave with pay for 24 months am a federal employee .guy i need u advice seriouly so i make my decision thanks This is a tough one, career switching, the cost of studying in the Uk and the job prospect are the main issues here. If the idea of 12months workplace is real then that could be an added advantage but Msc courses in the UK doesn't have workplace attached to it. Looking at the situation of world economy as its today, i wouldn't invest that money into studying in the UK, its going to cost you at least 6millions naira in 18months, you could invest that money wisely in something else. |

I will implore travel forumites to continue the critisism. but am going to tell u that even if crystal services move that number of ppple from nigeria, they will only move them to desert. I will be here to tell you after their departure date cos i got a friend who patronised them. and those of you who are in support of crystal service i need u to answer this question. I understand that as part of the process each applicant are to pay a sum of money(#7000-10000) for the uniform they are going to wear on departure day. please explain this? 7000-10000 for uniform ? Now this is getting freaky |
