Thanks 2 u all but my husband to be isn't a British citizen, he's not been there before. We are both naive and just wanna go to the UK to start a new life.

You did the right thing by coming here to ask, UK immigration system has changed alot and it will even get worst.

Whoever told u that doesn't like you. Having a refusal letter wouldn't stop u from getting another visa.

Most of the women these scumbags target are naive and vulnerable women, its really sad? £50,00 is nothing compared to what some women and sometimes men have given to these ruthless, cold-hearted, and heartless souls, the funny thing is once the woman/women have/has bn scammed, they are passed over to their friends who also try to scam them, how do these people sleep @ nite, 419 out of fashion but scamming is what is in vogue. when Ii was in naija I saw young guys in Range Rovers, in Ibadan, I was told they were all into scamming people on line.

You are so right, not everyone of these rats u see online make money out of it. They are more into identity theft and trading it in black market cos using it themselves is risky.

Go to job section and see job adverts without company's name or address but they want their victims to send CVs to yahoo or gmail addresses. The details on those CVs could be used for all sorts of crimes.

Remove it and u will destroy that passport and damage ur chances of getting a visa to any other country.

VAF9 Part 5a, my wife and my son will be visiting later, may be next year before the end of my msc programme just for two weeks. I think u should apply for urself for now, when you are sure of the date and time for them to visit u then they can apply.

But i submitted everything to them,about the fund i don't think they are concern maybe you want to do shopping in *UK* or not since they never subjected about the fund or other things just the hotel reservation, so that makes me feels that they are certified with the other things

If the letter did not state that you were refused then u were given a visa, you are confusing things here. Do u mind posting the letter here? Blank all personal details

You have to secure a skiled job first then the company will sponsor you, but its a tall order.

Vicjustice is right, read ur refusal letter properly again, i seriously do not think u were refused cos of flight ticket , only if there is something u are not telling us.

Its not only about romance scam, Nigerians can't be trusted in auction website like ebay, many companies don't accept online payment from Nigerians living in Nigeria, lets call a spade a spade. This is affecting everyone of us, we can't afford to be isolated this much.

If you want to get it cheap then apply directly to South African embassy, no agent can get it for you cheaper, agent can only charge you more than 2x the price the embassy will charge you.

Our visa is in great demand, at least if for nothing, for our oil. Whites are attracted to oil the way ants are attracted to sugar. Ask yourself why they are still at Niger delta at the risk of their lives.

I have been to Nigerian embassies in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Hong Kong and the UK and i never saw foreigners queuing as early as 4am to apply for visa, When u said our visa is in high demand, you can compare that to UK, USA, CANADA, SOUTH AFRICA. . etc

Unfortunately you can't do anything with visiting visa apart from visit, you can't study ,engage in businesses or apply for permanent residency LEGALLY no matter how much u have.

You can get admission while u are in the UK then return home and apply for student visa, that will be easier for u. Whoever tells u that u can get permanent stay with visiting visa just want to scam you.

You get amission in the UK while u are there with visiting visa but u can't study, u have to go back to Nigeria and obtain student visa.
