HI Justwise, I started my admission process pretty late last year and unfortunately for me I applied without the total funds been in my Bank account for 28 days, precisely 25 days(because I was in a hurry), though I showed several other investments held which I had not liquidated into my Bank account. The ECO calculated the no of days I held the fund in my Bank Account for and deemed that I had not held it for long enough. He/ She also stated that only monies in Bank account qualify as the fund they measure.

In that case u will be fine if u met all the requirements this time around.

wat was the reason for other refusals? Anything to do with fake/forged documents?

Hi Justwise, I have a peculiar issue. Last year September I applied for Student Visa to study in the UK and it was rejected. I didnt re-apply then because the school had resumed and re-applying would mean I'll lost some days into the session so I postponed my admission to this year. I was also meant to go for an Official Training in the UK earlier this year and my Business visa was rejected on grounds I thought was very flimsy based on the immigration rules I studied on the website. I subsequently re-applied and the re-application was also rejected on another different ground from the initial one which I also deem flimsy. However, after this incident I decided against re-applying again and opted to go for the training in Dubai which was another alternative I had. In total, my visa application has been rejected thrice. I am meant to take up the admission I deferred last year this September, my complete funds have been in my account for months and all other conditions to be fulfilled are in place. However, I am scared because of the 3 times denials on my passport, please I need advice on how the denials can affect my Student application. Thanks for all your previous advice also.

Why were you refused a visa last Sept, the reason for that refusal is the key here. Just state word to word why the ECO refused you visa, then one can advice you.

I don't know how u managed to type this nonsense, a thief is a thief, even if Nigeria is the richest country in the world some pple will still carry gun to rob, there are dangerious armed robbers in USA, UK etc even as those countries are rich, we can't let every armed robber go free cos politicians are stealing our money. There are millions of Nigerians who are working hard to live a decent life WITHOUT robbing anybody and give excuses.

In an advanced developed country there is no death sentence to any criminal no matter the offence he will rather serve a jail term and be set free after the completion. Something is not right in Nigeria,and human life is nothing but a mosquito life, What happened to the politician that has loot a lot of our fortune and still they walk away freely with no certain judgment been brought upon them?are they above the law?i want us to understand we call them servant and we elect them to serve us so how can a servant be above the master?,

Is time for us to face the reality of life and stop this people from killing us,and wasting our talented leaders of tomorrow,they invoked hardship on us and make life difficult still there is no point of escaping the poverty because every single step you take to survive the hardship is death penalty or get shoot by the terrorist police men. Nigeria politics look like a modern slavery to me.

Is USA not an advanced country? So if u or any of ur family member is robbed and killed will be preaching this?

Bros Justwise I am done with the pdf already anyway. For the fraction left of the 100page thread I will only run through. The pdf is stuffed with relevant info, all thanks to you. I need to do something quickly to offset the balance because I will like to leave in August. If I run into any other problem I will be back for direction my eyes are still here all the same for tips.

BB justwise thank you for your help. I almost cried and near drained for loneliness but right now I am high and full of energy to finish the remaining pages of this thread. I have started the 82page pdf link on t4 app. When I talked about them doing it for us I was only saying they will sponsor it and follow us there like they did for some peeps that had feb as their start date and the whole thing took them just 3days in Abuja Embasy since it is FG. This is the good thing about knowledge this whole thread and your reply is going to save me of impending danger ahead that could have cost me my VISA. You are doing a great work I am proud of this thread and of the great minds like you that have gone ahead to set the stage for others. I will report my progress and be asking more also if the need arise. Still hope to make my contribution when I have learned, though.

Its all good, i must i admit, its not easy to go through the whole 100pages of this thread, if u can go through the whole pdf file then do it but if i were you i will select the relevant pages. . pages that talked about applying from outside the UK, sponsorship and the material needed from somebody who is on scholarship.

Surrey is not counted as Inner London, so your maintenance fee should be £5400.

You have to submit the application urself cos u will be asked to submit your biometric information.

You can leave below the £5400 BUT that depend on your spending power and your life style, but you must show that u have that £5400 and  that it will be avaiable to you through out your study.

Surrey university is not bad at all, the ranking is good

Sorry, but "cyber fun" IS cheating no matter how you slice it.  Having "in-appropriate"  chats with someone who is NOT your "partner" is not an option.  And being "bored" or out of "material" to talk about is also un-acceptable and in-excusable! Its a strange thing, some rela/ships. They are pretty inlove, public hand-holding, sharing a flat, she works hard to support my mate financially, she is such a lovely girl, i was actually struggling to belive my mate until i saw the chat, she really don't see anything wrong with it and still insist that its wat girls do wen there are bored. My mate is struggling to let her go deep down within him, but the thought of what would have gone on btw her and the ex is killing him, but i really can't tell him to end it with her knowing fully well what he gets up to when we are on a night out

That is an interesting word u used there, but its rare to see any rela/ship that could be regarded as exclusive.

I'm asking this question cos my mate went into his gf's chat history and discovered that she has being chatting with an ex who stays in USA, its quite dir$ty chat and that was an evidence that they used cam as well. She don't see it as cheating, 'cyber-fun', she called it.

My mate is not a saint either i must say, he is ending the rela/ship cos of that, hence my question
