God!!!! what is wrong with us Nigeria? WHY WHY WHY!!!!!? Yes i have witness it in 2000 and i was holding VIRGIN passport, and i REFUSED to give them a penny, they delayed me and my sister inlaw, my sister in law was taken to the toilet to be search and $50 was found on her and they demanded but i insisted that NOTHING gets into they thieving hands.

The public address system were announcing our names as the gate was about to be closed, even at that i stood my ground and they GAVE UP!

Thanks justwise I will do just that. Concerning the UKBA english language requirement they exonorated me in the CAS email. Outside this CAS email is there still a special CAS Letter that they will forward to me because they said I do not need to add the mail to app document. I am still following the thread. 10ks a million and kind regards bro.

No you don't, all u need in that CAS is the number which is required somewhere in visa application. BHC has the details as well.

Also I wrote my school on the CAS info they mailed me that I am asking to know if the things I am meant to submit is just the First Degree Cert as the CAS seemed and they replied in this manner:

You should enclose your original Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering at the University of Benin, as stated on the CAS , with your visa application.
Does this now mean that every other thing are optional?


My letter of Scholarship Award had just my Surname and First name only without middle name against what I have in every other documents and the date in my transcript had a mistake in the day(15 in stead of 13 Oct) will this not pose a problem for me if I apply with it?

I also want to know if the Uni did forwarded the dossiers I used to apply to them, so as to know if getting a new one from the relevant authorities will not contradict the DATES in those I used to apply? I need answer house

Get a letter from the body that awarded u that scholarship to correct the mistake, u can attach the letter to ur visa application.

please i still need to understand something ere please.i was told you can apply within 3 months to your course start date and if the course starts september 12 means you can apply anytime from june 12 is that not right please?and also from my idea of the whole stuff i thought it was possible to issue you your visa today but the date which you can start using the visa maybe anytime in august has written on your visa.so you cant travel with the visa until that day please is this true or rather correct please.

I don't think that you should be worried about that now, just get ur visa first.

Just as ur school said, u have to submit all those documents mentioned in the CAS and ur bank statement, if u are required to write English language test the include the result in ur visa application.

Yes it does matter how he leaves Nigeria, leaving illegally is suicide mission, even if he managed to be smuggled into any country, his life is still in danger, we have seen enough Nigerians like him wasted in en-route to Morocco or other North African countries.

You failed to clarify if the new refusal was engaged by your previous 320(7b) or is it a new refusal? If my guess is correct that your new refusal under 320(7b) was engaged by your previous one and you have spent close to a year then chances of your appeal suceeding on 'compassionate grounds' are high - Interesting how recent UT decisions are worded these days especially on issues such as yours.

However cases like this I have come across do succeed if neither party to the application unknowingly submitted documents that the UKBA deemed as not genuine.

      yes o!i specifically emailed the school asking them how the embassy would know i do not need the English test and i got a reply saying the home office would know i am a returning to finish up my course and that am also exempted from the english test.i added my original year 1 transcript for my hnd with my application.the school starts September 12.

Since you can only come to the UK as a student one month b4 the start of ur course, the BHC may hold to that rule OR they may consider the fact that u are a returning student and issue you the visa sooner, so u got nothing to worry about really cos u have done all you can do.

I want to tell you that its easier for you to get to Canada or America from South America than from Nigeria.
For example i have some ladies that will be traveling with us in July that got to know about the program from there elder brother in America and his the one paying for it, he will be coming to Pick them after the program, he alone understand how he will achieve that. can will now compare this case to a guy that tell me he does not know anybody in North America or America and he desire to settled down in Canada, he his a graduate of English, in his case all we did is to send his CV to an NGO in Uruguay and they show interest in him and send him everything he need to do and get before coming to Paraguay, they will then pick him up from there after the program.Both Canadian and the South America program comes with Certificate

I want to also tell you that the chances of anybody Nigerian with 3months visa to get Canadian or American Visa from Paraguay is very very slim because that individual don't have any tie to Paraguay.

I don't believe ur story about sending a CV to an NGO based in Uruguay and they were able to send him all the documents needed, this is all cooked up story that doesn't add-up at all.
