busybody20:She was saying that they always keep an eye on a flight from Nigeria, they were actually trained to look out for fake Nigerian passports. |
busybody20:Disgrace, did u hear what the immigration officer told the reporter about flight coming in from Nigeria? |
Watching it, very interesting indeed |
JeSoul: My brother in-law was just like u when he visited here, he complained about almost everything, roads not big enough, our rooms not big enough, he wants bigger burger, we don't drive bigger cars, i was like. . .oh well. . what do i expect from somebody coming from a country that gave us Sarah Palin and Donald Trump ![]() |
JeSoul: calm down calm down!!!! which one be wrong side of the run now? , typical Americans they can't cope without their system, you would have got used to things if u had stayed a little bit longer in London ![]() |
9jaboy32:I don't think ur lawyer is telling you the whole truth about the case, get somebody who will explain things for u very well. Are u in the UK legally or has ur visa expired? |
9jaboy32:Ok, i understand that now, are u in the UK or in Nigeria now? |
9jaboy32: Are u married to a British citizen? Who applied for u? An agent or yourself? |
9jaboy32:What kind of visa did you apply for and what was the reason(s) for the refusal |
sammy2000:How will that work? |
JeSoul: , Americans speak through the nose , London is a multi-cultural city, the waiter in that restaurant could be Asian or Eastern European, some barely speak a word of English. Americans actually love British accent ![]() |
JeSoul:Yes u are biased . . kidding, yea some London accent could be tricky especially the Cockney Accent, u really have to listen long and hard b4 you could pick up, Liverpool/Everton accent is another hard one, listen to Steven Gerard or wayne rooney speak, u hardly understand some of the things they say. |
Slyp:No i did not, i just checked now, there is no email from u |
ode remo:Stop talking nonsense, a thief is a thief, it doesn't matter who committed the crime, its still a crime, any criminal making life of innocent Nigerians hell deserves the worst punishment ever. |
What a shame, i hope he got sacked if he is not yet |
focusxo4:If you must quote the Bible please quote it right. |
Rich4god:Sure you can do masters in the UK with 2.2, just search for universities in the UK and see the course requirements. It depend on the university and the course u are interested in. |
I actually like the accent, i used to struggle with it untill i started watching Frankie Boyle, though his comedy do cross the line sometimes but he made Scottish accent popular. |
Well, wait until the Lord Lords of the Commons get to debate that list. It's obvious that the UKBA is targetting countries with high number of applications and as usual, commit them to produce evidence upon which they drew that list and you would be shocked that either none was used, or completely unscientific extrapolation of statistical data was used as we found out in the English UK Judicial review court case.
I watched the debate last yr when it was suggested that Nigeria and other countries should be placed on high risk countries, the reason given by one MP then was that they carried out an investigaion in Uk high commssion Nigeria and discovered that a huge number of applicants submited forged/fake documents, i keep asking myself. . .is that good enough reason to punish other decent Nigerians? Why not ban those caught for life and give other decent Nigerians the credit they deserve. |
@justwise, I think you would soon see that list abandoned! Just wait for a dimplomatic roar to escalate between the UK and any of those countries and you will see UKBA avoiding that list. We have seen all these nonsense before and at the end nothing was achieved with it. Makes me wonder if the UK is truly running out of 21st century ideas on how to manage immigration sensibly.
I hope that happens soon cos its quiet insulting to paint almost all African countires black, this is where Nigeria embassy in London should come out and question this development. |
Xtfield:I know that wip5 https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-351402.1152.html helps alot of Nigerians who intend to study in North Cyprus, he knows alot about North Cyprus and education there reading through his posts. Xtfield, when it comes to visa application, all the document needed should be urs and original, it should be your bank statement, your school certificate, passport with your details, u don't need an agent to supply any of those for you , agent can help book ticket or advice on visa issues and get paid for it, there is nothing like an agent supplying documents for your travels. I keep hearing pple saying. . .he doesn't sound like a fraudster on the phone. . pls how does a fraudster sound on the phone? Do you expect him to tell u straight away on the phone that he is a fraudster? Wait untill your money gets into his hand then u will know, how will you even know that the visa he will be getting for u is original? I don't have any problem with pple running genuine travel business, its a good thing but what i hate so much is reading from pple advertising illegal business, yes some will say its not my business what pple do, nonsense!! its my business cos i hold Nigeria passport, the activities of those bogus travel agents affect any Nigerian traveler, we are treated with suspicion at airports, job centers, banks, so whether you agree with me or not, the truth is that we will all feel the heat. |
Xtfield: Permit me to end with this small story. Sometimes ago in a village, a farmer after a hard day's work retired to a nearby river to have a bath. After removing all his clothes, he dived into the river. A few minutes later, he emerged to see the village mad man making away with his clothes. Our friend jumped out of the river and gave chase. The mad man was in front in his tattered clothes, the farmer was behind completely unclothed. So the two ran into the middle of the town. Soon a crowd was gathered and started screaming that the farmer had gone mad. So the village in spite of farmer's vehement protestations to the fact that he was not mad became known as the village of two mad men. Have a wonderful time all of you.I'm glad that u are planing to send your daughter oversea to study, very expensive project though, but Xtfield, don't you think that it will be good idea to contact Yemmy to supply traveling documents for your daughter to apply for visa? |

If you are worried about what other countries think about us Nigerians then keep ur thieving fingers off crime, its that simple Steve_101 |

agitator:They are not the same person, Xtfield writes what one can read and understand while the other 'thing' is just useless |
@asiancontainer Why not go back to Nigeria with the money u have now? If you have the money to travel to Malaysia or HK with Guinea passport why not use that money to resettle in Nigeria? Have you thought about the consequences of been arrested with Guinea passport as a Nigerian? How will you survive in Malaysia or HK without right to work legally? I don't know about Malaysia but Hong Kong is an expensive country and some Africans there are not having it funny with the police cos some of them did what u are about to do now. Think long and hard b4 you embark on that journey. Good luck |
Xtfield:Sorry to disappoint you, that will not happen, yemmy7's activities are affecting every Nigerian, it renders Nigerian passport useless, i will comment on any of his post promising to get pple e-passport by proxy or promising to supply traveling documents for his clients. |
AjanleKoko:It depends on how long you want to stretch the 'risk' level, u can as well add 'semi-medium' after low |
AjanleKoko:Its fair to say that countries that missed out on the list of 'low risk' will be regarded as high risk |
