Your school will send u the CASE if u met their condition, cos u may be asked to pay part of the school fees b4 the CASE will be sent to u.
Yes ur Neco has to be original, i don't know of anybody who submitted birth certificate as part of student visa application, only if u are using ur daddy's bank statement.

If you are coming to do degree or above course and ur school has accessed ur application and issue u CAS then u don't need to write IELTS.

Hi Justwise, my application for a one week Business Visa to the UK for rejected on grounds I felt were not tenable. The ECO quoted Tier 4 Sponsor License and UKBA approved accreditation provider. He also stated that I must be an overseas employee of the company conducting the training, before they can grant such visa. His final submission was that I didnt fulfill paragraph 46G of the HC395. I have read the applicable immigration rules and I believe I qualify and that I have fulfilled all requirements. What do you advise I do as d training is close as it is in d first week of June. Thats really sad, u need to send an email to that company informing them about the of accreditation raised by the ECO and request for the training to be extended to a later date. Let them tell u if there are licensed and approved provider of such training course, the info u get from that enquiry will form the bases of ur appeal.

Since the only reason they gave for the refusal was the personal bank statement issue then if u are re-applying include ur personal bank statement with other documents u used before. like i said before, i'm sorry about what happened.

10hrs for students in public funded colleges. Postgraduate students can work 20hrs a week during the term time and full time on holidays.

Yes ur sister is right, their suspension was lifted last year, from the list published yesterday their name is there, i just noticed that now, they are A(Trusted) now.

Yes u can use ur Neco for the application. Issuing of CAS can take a week or less depend on schools, as long as u meet the school's demand then ur CAS will not take time at all.

But i have to tell you this, even if you added your statement, your personal statement, you will still get denied and i will tell you the reason why, somewhere along this thread i read something about you going with a email copy of the invitation, that there alone you will still get denied, you are suppose to go with hard copy, i have had same experience, my client"s app was turned down and was told to get the hard copy of the invite not email but hard copy. Secondly you made mention of your statement not looking too good, whenever you are ready to turn in your application and your bank statement is not looking healthy, give me a call i will tell you what to do, i am not charging you anything before i get attacked, i will tell you how to go about it.Cos yesterday when  i read your pst, i wanted to put it out there that, if that visa was granted to you, i will tell you to send me an account number and i will refund you your visa fee cos after reading what you put up i knew it was not going to get issued, word of an advice: if any applicant for the first time is applying for a uk visa and say you turn it in today and you see a txt from them saying its ready the next 3 days take it as an automatic denial, but if you have been to the uk before and it comes like that, well its looking good. I don"t work at the British high commission nor am i employed by them but i have been dealing with this people and i knw basically all their tricks. No one can guarantee you a visa but your situation was clear, even if a company or even your relation is sponsoring and you are a full time worker, you still need to produce your own statement because they want to know what you do in Nigeria, just because your company is sponsoring or relative is they have to issue you, nah provide yours.

Also if you an applicant and you own the company yourself you can use your company statement long as you get a letter from your banking stating that you are only the sole signatory to the account, whoever is saying you can"t use your company account if its owned by you is giving up wrong information. Sometimes folks here just need to stop acting like they all and learn, u based somewhere else, you not in Nigeria, what you should instead of slandering folks is come out update folks on upcoming conferences, seminars, workshops, put up the link so they can go there and pay for it and get a legit invitation instead of spending your time on unnecessary stuf f. ceejay whenever you want to apply to send me an email and i will tell you how to get your docs together.

I wouldn't paste any link here cos pple like u will sale it for profit or add it in your e-book.
If his bank statement is not looking healthy what do u advice him to do? Engage in 'account building'?

I send usefull materials to pple i know that will not abuse it or sale it for profit.

Yes i saw that announcement 2days ago, but i'm sure pple will challenge it and will win. Its not pratical cos new evidence do come out after visa refusal, and pple who want to appeal will do that with new evidence.

I saw ur post after i posted mine and didn't want to confuse the poster as i strongly believed at that time that there is no need for him to add his personl bank statement. Not commenting on the advice u gave him was not a delibrate attempt to snub you or disregard ur input, if that is the impression u got then my apologies.

please dont display your ignorant here. The applicant personal statement carries a lot of weight even if the person is the MD of the company. pls let us try as much as possible to crosscheck fact before advicing somebody and not argue unnecessary.
