Dude, i have just received from info from a lecturer friend that the reason for the cuts in foreign students
is not really to stop more people coming in. They are trying to in-directly stem the increase of all these
independant/private colleges as the Universities are complaining that they are taking away business (ie money)[/b]from them, So you apply for a study visa to an independany college you are 20 times as likely
to be turned down, but if you apply to a state or uk recognised University, you are more likely to get the visa.

That could be part of the reason but not the whole reason, some private colleges are just[b] visa factory, no meaningfull teaching goes on there, no good facility, just a college in a block of flat.
They are cheap and offers some jungle courses.

I am applying for a student visit visa not a full student visa. A friend says i still need to wait to get the visa letter to submit along with my application, is that right?

CAS replaced the admission letter sometime last yr or so.

Its just like the first time u applied, u have to state the reason for applying for visa, its better u do it a month or 2 b4 u are ready to use it. There is no special reason.

the conference in next month(April) but I will like to know if I can use same

Sure u can, its multiple visa, u can travel and stay about 90days in each trip till the visa expires.

You don't even need to print it out, all u need there is the CAS number, when u are filling the visa form u will be asked for the CAS number, the BHC has a copy already.

i had applied for visa extension and i have got my document back with refusal letter saying that i don't have enough money for my maintenence as well i was unable to show money in my accout 28 days (it was 26 days the day when i applied for visa). I had shortage of £90 in my account inclusive my tution fees.

Now can any one please help me with your valuable suggestion, in which ground i can apply to reconsider or appeal. I got only few days to appeal. so please help me ASAP anyone.

Appeal will take a long time, if u have all the money now then re-apply
