Did ur friend send any document in support of ur application? Do you have a job or business in Nigeria? Who is sponsoring the trip?

Q 1. That is not too short if everything goes well.

Q 2. Anything can happen within 2yrs, so its possible that her sister moved to the UK 2010, however, if her sister is sending her the data page of her passport and it shows that her sister has being in the UK b4 2009, then that 'might' be a problem IF the ECO looked at it, though i don't think that will be a problem IF her documents did not raise any eyebrow.
