Why not use ur dady as ur sponsor? Using a senator wouldn't make any difference, many foreign embassies don't have that much respect for our senators. What matters is for u to meet the requirements. You can get the money from the senator and pay it into ur dadys' account and ur dady as ur sponsor.

It will be hard for u to argue that ur father's business partner is ur legal guardian since ur father is still alive, doing business with a senator.

As for the WAEC, i don't know of anybody who has used affidavit and police report b4, i hope somebody here who has done it will come and help cos i don't want to mislead you.

It should serve as a warning to others, she was silly to do that on national TV, yes many pple have done it in private or openly but it comes down to individual resposibility. She should have asked the BB Africa directors to block the use online, many TV stations like channel4 in the UK did the same, all the juicy clips were blocked, u can't see those dodgy clips in youtube

If that senator is not ur father, mother, brother or sister and not ur legal guardian then ur chances of getting a visa is very remote.

Bank writing a letter wouldn't change anything, wait untill the money clocked 28days.

There is nothing secret about visa information, anyone who has an access to nairaland can have access to the different embassy sites along with their visa info.
Once you come here and claim bla bla and start giving people phone numbers to call, it can only mean 2 things: either it is a scam or you are into something illegal.
Any information you have that can be of benefit to people should not be secret, posty it openly here.

Not all agents are out to scam, and been an agent is not a crime personally as long as the person knows what he is doing and is not out to milk u out of your money. I processed my own first US visa when i was 17, take it or leave it. I have been issued visas to the US,UK, Germany, Greece, Switzerland. And I personally have processed visas for clients of mine. I don"t mind u coming back responding negatively but u need to take it easy. For real NL is not a ground for naija folks to insult each other or down grade each other, i mean u don"t even know the folks so how u know they out to scam. Like i said its cool wat u doin to help folks but do it in a matured way so there will be no room for insults. take care
