@miz2leke
Joxiri is right, you still have time to appeal, if you have new evidence then go ahead to appeal, though that will take nothing less than 3months to be sorted out or you can send a fresh application. |

A Nigerian man was jailed on 13 December for his part in a sham marriage at a Coventry church raided by our officers. Oluseyi Adelana, 42, pleaded guilty to attempting to stay in the UK illegally and was sentenced to 6 months at Warwick Crown Court, Leamington Spa. The verdict follows the jailing last week (6 December) of 2 other Nigerian nationals, a male, Tunde Ayammiyi, 50, and a female, Bukola Arinkanmile, 28. ashbrown23: yes, does he need to provide me a letter that i can get access to that fund or he will be financially responsible for my living expenses whilst im studying? thank u for your help No need for a letter since both of u are applying as husband and wife, its on record that you are his dependant, you will only need a letter from him IF you are applying separately. |

ashbrown23: yes, we are applying at the same time for tier 4 visa extension. he is my dependant. there will be no problem if the maintenance fund will be under his name? There shouldn't be any prob as long as you both have enough money in that account for the extention. |

@ Unkuable
Paying b4 or after is not the issue here, the issue is: What type of visa will be ready? Fake visa or what? |

iykedee: @op, justwise is my kinda person. he tells you the plain, bitter truth. If anything, I think everybody should emulate him. @justwise, I once posted a thread on Northumbria university and you replied me several times on that thread. Not only did I get the admission, I also have my student visa and I leave in about a week. I appreciate all your effort and I say in capital letters; KEEP TELLING THINGS THE WAY THEY ARE!!! I'm happy for you, enjoy ur time in the UK, please don't 4get ur winter jacket, you really need it. |

jobba: @justwise. how are u? i appreciate your kind helpful in this forum, please could u give me any link, an agent for job in UK. I need an agen that will help me to secure a job in UK. Please help @jobba i'm good, hope u are as well. I don't know any agent here that does that, pple apply for job online or walk into any recruitment agency and apply, you don't need to pay for that. You can also walk into govt job centre and apply, staffs are also there to help you and you don't pay for these services. I think u need to move here first then register with recruitment agencies, they will call you when job comes out. |

Periwinkle: 1st refusal was based on insufficient fund on bank account; 2nd refusal not stating that i had been applied and had been refused before on the visa form filled. Ok, when filling the form this time around you have to be honest about your past immigration history. Are you applying for student visa? If yes, do you have the CAS, school fees and maintenace fees? Have you checked if the school is registered with HomeOffice? |

Periwinkle: justwise i love the way u attend to people query.thanks so much,you really are a blessing. My question is this; applied for student visa last september but out of ignorance, i indicated i had not applied b4 based on the fact that i used a manual passport and not e-passport when i apllied in 2006. regretably i was refused visa. will the refusal affect my application for next year?how do u advise i fill the forms?cos i intend to provide all information this time around. hope say dem no go ban me for 10yrs.its scary men!!! What was the reason or reasons for the refusals in both occassions? ( 2006 and 2009) Can you still remember? |
