im sorry but i dont believe you because to have a passport, you must have a social security number/card to submit when you put in your application for a passport. Also if you have a birth certificate you can send all your info to the social security admin and they will look you up and if you dont have a SSN they will give you one because they will be happy to research where you were born and make sure you have the identification you need. Lastly a few months ago someone had this same exact issue with the same complications everyone jumped in to advice but that person disappeared i wonder if it is you again

Its very risky to send somebody you don't know all your personal details, you don't know what they will do with it after applying for the lottery.

@op, why not give pple ur physical address then they will pay you a visit and know who they are dealing with?

Yeah i need an answer to this too. I am two days past my latest registration date. I just received my visa and i am calling the school to find out what i can do.

Get the school to put it in writing that you are allowed to come and start your course, if they do, print that email out and show it to the immigration IF u are asked. Phone call can't be used as an evidence.
