If you are above 18yrs of age then u can have the money in ur account, it doesn't have to be ur sponsor's account.BUT u still have to make sure that ur sponsor is not just anybody but somebody who shares family name with u.

BHC don't need his tax clearance or stuff. They want you to show that you have all the fees and the maintenance money in your account for 28days b4 making ur application

I do not agree with most of Justwise crass methods of dealing with people. But I have to agree with your post, I admire the fact that Justwise takes a stand for something he believes in. I think if everyone did the same (for positive things), the world would be a much better place.

Please can anyone advice me on this:
To start with, I just finished my degree at the UoP and intend doing my msc at once. I already got my CAS as an alumi, the processing was really fast, my present entry clearance expires next month. I need to use my legal guardiance statement of account to extend my entry clearance in the U.K and he insisted I come down to get it, got the necessary court documents to back it up. Now I have the necessary documents and intend returning to U.K friday morning, I'm just concerned about the UKBA officers at the airport, if they will delay me or not because my visa expires next month,  Can someone please clearify this??Thanks a zillion 

You got no problem at all, just print that CAS and all that necessary documents just incase you are asked, and come back here to apply, they will not deny you entry cos you got a very good case.

It doesn't matter if ur stepbrother is British, you still need to show that £5400 in your account or account of ur sponsor who shares the same family name with you.

Only somebody that shares the same family name with u can sponsor you.

There was one of them who actualy exhumed posts and threads by JUSTWISE, from the time justwise sought advice on studying in the UK. The same person insulted justwise's parents and prayed for justwise's [enemy's] deportation.
Finally, I'ld say scammers are FOOLS; no wonder, they mock themselves by calling him 'justfool' -which they realy are.
I call him 'justWISE'.

My pple die due to lack of knowledge. Most pple browse the net just to see wat they can antagonise. I dont need to inform anybody the name of a company that's sourcing for staffs, it's not the ethics of outsourcing; most company would tell you they dont want their names mentioned in your advert and watever means an outsourcing firm chooses to get her applicants informatn is best known to them. Dont be foolish in your ctriticisms. If u dont need a job or u have one, dont be selfish to understand that there're a thousand and one Nigerians lookin for one. Tanx.

Stop being silly, why would the name of the company be a secret? An applicant need to know the name of the company he/her is applying to, location,website then research about the company BEFORE applying for the job.

Thanks [b]MUAMI [/b]and [b]jtx3001 [/b]for your responses. Since the x-ray can be done on arrival if required, i won't bother doing it here. Unless the x-rays they do these days have reduced in size, moving around in the airport with a very large envelope in one's hands is kind of awkward.

Don't worry about the x-ray thing, if they need one from you it will be done on arrival there at the airport and the result will be posted to the address you provided.

It depend on when you plan to travel, ticket price goes up from Nov till after late Dec. Booking in adance may give you a good deal

That will be her best bet, she can now change it to her husband's name. She is lucky that she wasn't caught b4 she got married.
