She said her family is coming to join her. It's a flat share. I looked at the options you sent to me. The issue is that it is a lot more difficult to get a moderate place as a couple with a child.

You need studio accommodation and there are plenty of them in the website i gave you.

UKBA laws has changed for settlement visas, remember his spouse is not applying for visiting visa (if it was visiting visa, yes).
The UK resident submits all their supporting documents to Sheffield, while the other half submits their application form, passport and other lighter documents in Lagos.

Hello, house, is it advisable to apply for grants aid, when applying to a school in the usa, i visited a school website and i used thier online calculator there i discovered that if i choose to apply for grants aid,the school tuition will be less, or cheap.

after using thier online calculation, tution was less than 4000$ for yeearly tiution

Grants aid is for US citizens so do a recalculation because its not for you.

If you are applying for settlement, you would have to submit your supporting documents in the UK, while your spouse submits hers in Lagos (assuming she is based in Lagos).
Hope you have performed your registry wedding and have all supporting documents?
The burden of proof and weight of documentation, rests more on your shoulders.
NB: Sending documentation through either DHL or Royal, would not be a cheap. Budget between £60 - £80, alternatively look for someone travelling over, and ask if a favour could be granted.

He needs to send all the documents to the wife in Nigeria to be submitted together. He can not submit half in the UK while the wife submit the other half in Nigeria, all need to be submitted by the wife who is the applicant.

No record is wiped out, all your immigration records are there it doesn't matter if it's good or bad one. Say the truth, explain what happened and move on or hid it, get caught and get banned. It's two simple choices.

I just want the house to advice me on what supporting documents u might have to submit to the German embassy or does it just require me to submit my passport alone. Am really new to visa application and I wld be hurt to be denied or not available for the training that wld last for 3 weeks Next year.

A friend who is not on nairaland was removed from the UK in 2010 for overstaying. she appealed against it to the immigration tribunal and judgement was given in her favour against the UKBA. Now she is filling a visa application to another country and is being asked if she has ever been removed from any country before? Should the answer be yes or no? Does the tribunal judgement wipe the record clean? Thanks for your replies.

It's a University. The sponsorship is coming from tetfund.

If the sponsorship is not covering your wife and the baby then you need to show maintenance money for them but all you need is the sponsorship letter no need for 28days counting.

There are people here who are going with tetfund scholarship as well, they have applied and got their visas as well.

They will give you advice based on personal experience.

Good morning. Please do I still need to wait for 28days even if I have a sponsorship letter from my employer. They are paying the money for the first year into my account though that may take a while. I have a start date of 1st February. The sponsorship letter states that they are paying for tuition, bench fees, living expenses, travel.
Again I also intend going with family (wife and a baby) how feasible is that?
