I will continue debating with the others and ignore you because all you know how to do is curse. Come back when you've learnt how to write proper english
Its funny when people who can not even spell correctly started acting like an English language professor, listen: Use spell check next time, odey. |
Like i said before, where did you school? Where in your write-up does it state employment rate for nigerians in the UK. Comprehension is a problem for a lot of people. We are not comparing the overall unemployment rate in the UK to the overall unemployment rate in Nigeria. There is a reason why we are talking about the fall-outs of illegal immigration. Your copy and paste does not apply at all
You are complete waste of space, do they have to create a separate static for Nigerian graduate in the UK? You keep shifting from one pointless argument to another. Show me the figure for graduate employment in Nigeria, do that and stop making a complete fool of yourself here. |
ckkris: You're so fixated on ATTRACTING WEALTHY PEOPLE. Can't you people in UK create wealth the way the US, Germany, Japan, South Korea, and others do? You look forward to the oligarchs that steal money from Russia, the Arab world, and Nigeria. Well, your candour is cool. What is your definition of wealth creation? |
debolay: @justwise.She can't because you or your wife are not British citizens or holding permanent residency paper, the UK stopped citizen by birth long ago. I think Ireland still have that system but the UK stopped. |
erico2k2: Bro take it easy on the guy, you know in the USA they dont have time to listen to the news they are too busyRunning away from immigration i guess |
Your mere use of the statement "use your number 6" has assured me that i will be wasting my time and resources argueing with you. In 2013! Number 6 ko, number 20 ni. I do not have a number 6. What i have is a perfectly functioning brain that helps me analyse and criticise as needed. Where did you graduate? Not trying to tasi you but your analysis is becoming very suspect. It's simply a matter of ratios/percentages/probability. What does it matter if Nigeria churns out 3 billion graduates. IF the probability that you will get a job as a nigerian in naija is 80% higher than getting it in the UK, common sense and the laws of variable change suggest your best bet is to choose naija. Also, the number of graduates naija churns out according to you is also relative. How many of these graduates are GRADUATES? The same ones that used expo/orijo to pass jamb or the same ones that cheated their way through college just to make a pass/2.2. Common man, you're better than this. If you want to continue this arguement, do it logically. Remove sentiments
Let me spend some time here to educate you fish brain, using the term: 'number 6' is because every Nigerian will understand that, i can as well ask you to think 'outside the box' All your rants are based on assumptions, can we start with facts? The UK unemployment figure is 7.8%, source: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/10604117 The UK graduate employment figure stands at 61.8% http://www.prospects.ac.uk/latest_news_graduate_employment_rate_remains_stable.htm 91% of students who completed courses in 2012 were either in employment, involved in further study or training six months after they graduated. Source: http://www.theguardian.com/education/2013/jul/01/graduate-recruitment-survey Give me your figure and source from Nigeria. |
Cry me a river. Isn't that the whole point of the discourse? Work permit or not, it is harder to get a job in the UK than it is in Nigeria for NIGERIANS. END OF DISCUSSION.
You really need to use your number 6 a bit more. How can it be harder to get a job in the UK than Nigeria when Nigeria turnout graduates yearly far far more than the UK with very little jobs available? Few states in Nigeria push-out graduates yearly than the whole of the UK |
What are you saying. Don't be an OYAKHILOME and stop taking shait out of context. I responded to a comment about the plight of naija graduates in the UK versus back in naija to butress my point and you are here yarning opata
Yes how can you compare both when you failed to consider the right to work in the UK? Do you need visa to work in Nigeria? Not holding a work permit is one of the biggest problems preventing Nigerians graduates from getting a job in the UK. Did you consider that before jumping to pullout figure? |
When compared to the unemployment rate of naija grads in the UK, it is still way better. If you have 30million grads in naija with an unemployment rate of 30%, it still beats an unemployment rate of greater than 60-70% of the relatively low number of naija grads in the UK. Lets stop being sentimental. The job situation for naija grads in the UK is horrible. Thank your God, you are one of the lucky few. There are thousands that have since gone back home and others are laying away wasting their time waiting for offers that wont come
You are lost for real, so the UK graduates are made up of only Nigerians? And the UK govt is under obligation to provide employment for Nigerian graduates who are not even citizens? |
erico2k2: its more profitable job than arguing with some plonker |
shymexx: Fam, I don't care if it's a 7 day ban or 2 hours ban. I didn't post anything offensive under this handle. So why ban it as well?Who banned you? |
xykms101: How many Nigerians in the Uk are legal immigrants? 90percent of Nigerians in the Uk including you are illegal immigrants.I rather watch my neighbour's knickers dry than engaging you in any decent argument because you are useless |
You can't use that to Judge. We all know the main problem with nigeria is Power-Corruption and will take a while to fix. The roads are being fixed. Yeah, they still need a lot of work but lets stop being ignorant. Things are being done. The UK is only slightly better than naija from my own perspective. Lets look at it from the point of view of the economy. As a nigerian graduate, you have a better chance of securing well paid employment in naija, than the UK. Yeah, you may not make 100,000 dolls a year but you'll still earn a decent living. The job situation in the UK on the other hand is a fantasy.
What is the unemployment rate in Nigeria? |
naijababe: But not Unilag, maybe Amrose Alli University in EkpomaOh God!! i need Kubus now ![]() |
xykms101: Deported? Mister, i ran for my dear life. So many people can't stand what you guyz are standing over there, i know how average Nigerians in the Uk live So stop overhyping that dead country.Yea...i feel your pain, you came with the hope of picking money on the street, living on benefit even when you are not entitled to one. Trying to get a job with visiting visa..all failed then you checked out quickly. |
AjanleKoko: You see this yarn now.....but he did.. |
xykms101: invitation to a country that i stayed for 2 years, i still have niggyz who can check you out there......and got deported? |
naijababe: you no well...i swear ![]() |
erico2k2: lol I started doing that 8 years ago lol You guys should stop pls!! ahahahahaha damm!!! |
naijababe: Why? You want invitation letter? E go cost you small change o. God! i'm in pieces here |
bebe2: Gbam!! Me too have started dat o, everything u ask me the answer is either " na God o, or it is well" if u no tell dem say u dey hungry dem go demand sotay na holloway I go see my self. ![]() |
erico2k2: Justwise do you live and work in the Uk? are you talking from xperience or this is just ur opinion?or you just voicing what you think?I do, the first time i applied for a job with no clue what NI is, i used my D.O.B to complete the NI space, the agency did not bother to check and correct that, within 3wks i got a letter from inland revenue asking me to apply for NI which i did, at the end of the financial year when i wanted to claim my tax return as a student then my NI contribution record only shows the contributions i made after i got my NI. |
r231: Smoking is bad for your health ![]() |
erico2k2: Bro you do nt know this guy, he meant to be an Undergraduate who is not even responsible for himself ie he school fees are still paid by his parents so you must put in mind the kind of mentality you are dealing with, dont take him 2 serious,2008 he was trying to get admission to Unilag, so he is a small boy .I only pray o ne day he has the opportunity to live in a land where everyone is equal then he would see the light and realize how backward Nigeria is i n terms of knowledge and thoughtGod!! Afam4eva needs T.B Joshua's prayer than Boko Haram, this guy is living in cuckooland |
erico2k2: hey I know what Im talking about, people just use any number as their NI, these NI numbers are meant to be unique right and checkable against social security data base, when these monies are paid by the employers they get paing into an account i n these numbers, so your P60 shows all in all how much you have paid at the end of the year,I worked in the NHS6 years so i know as a fact boys just make up numbers. It was also proven in court when someone told the govt that if he was illigal his Ni contributions where illegal too and it should be returned funny but this is true storeyI completely understand that but the inland revenue do send you letter to apply for NI the moment they noticed that you got non, dodgy companies will not even have your name on record let a lone fake NI. |
naijababe:I know..i couldn't be nicer ![]() |
Afam4eva: UK needs more investments from outside cos they don't have much to offer the world. Even foreigners are buying up their football clubs. But Germany on the other hand has more capacity to sustain themselves without depending on any other country. They have numerous fortune 500 companies to their name and you're here comparing a mushroom economy like that of the UK to germany. That's an insult and you deserve to go to jail for that. UK should be comparing itself to South Africa and brazil. Even Brazil sef has left them behind. UK survives on tax and when the tax stops coming in, they're as dead as deader. They got nothing to offer the world but at the same time they have good football club that foreigners buy? Afam4eva you well at all? |
xykms101: Then i pity your generation, someday after your demise, your children would be kicked out and send down to their long rejected root and they will start sleeping around the mosque and churches. That does not happen in the UK, only in a place like Nigeria you hear that |
tjadeba: True that... The reason i do not always celebrate deportation news or think that illegal immigrants in foreign countries or people trying to get into these countries by crooked means are the worst crime news on earth. The Europeans put Africa into this mess in the first placeOne of those excuses. |
politicalpastor: I wonder wat is in this America that people are killing themselves for? am here in America, its manageable , but not as so many people thinks. well, may God help us .When will you be moving back to your country of origin? |
Afam4eva: If you read in-between the lines, you'd notice that i'm comparing both countries on the basis of opportunities available in them and not about which country is more developed.Name those opportunities |
xykms101: Then live and die hustling in the Uk.yea better than dying in Nigeria. |
