Still the website is fake, its not university of Georgia website, and this number +380507555029 is actually a Ukrainian number, its just a silly scam run by him and his Nigerian friends in Ukrain and Georgia
Ode.You said its from a country called Republic of Georgia, then why is the IP address pointing to Texas?

Like Justwise said, the country code is 995 not 38.

Do your research well before trying to scam. Creating new accounts will not help you.
Ignore that fraudulent individual, that website was designed to scam people looking for admission.

Nbogu: Does this mean a future application will attract 10 years ban? Can't I still explain in my future application that I did not intentionally conceal my pregnancy?

An opportunity for work permit just came my way, although I am still waiting for the employer to provide me with certificate of sponsorship with which I will make the application.

But this past refusal issue is hunting me. Is there nothing I can do to defend my self in my next application for a work permit?

Please help me!!!
Future application will most likely be refused.

Nbogu: I was refused under paragraph 320 (7a) in my first application. I was given limited right of appeal but a full right to request for administrative review. I did apply for the review which resulted in the following comment:

ECM Comment:
I have reviewed the points raised in your Administrative Review request and am
willing to accept that you may not have known that you were pregnant at the start of
the application process at the beginning of the year. However you would have known
by the time you came to apply for your visa and I consider the fact that you are
pregnant to be material to your application.

The declaration you signed in section 8 of your application form requires you to
inform us of any material changes or new information relevant to your application and
although there may not be a specific question on the VAF relating to pregnancy I do
consider that you deliberately withheld this information.

In view of this I am maintaining your refusal under paragraph 320(7a) of the
Immigration Rules.

Not satisfied the that the applicant is a genuine student
ECO Comment:
The length of your course is a year during which time you intend to have a baby. It
is not clear whether the University are aware of this or what arrangements you have
made to enable you to complete your course. As a result I am not satisfied that you
are a genuine student and refuse your application under paragraph 245 ZV (k)
Sadly refusal under paragraph 320(7A) most likely carries 10yrs ban and 245 ZV (K) means that you are not a genuine student.

The ECM agrees with ECO's judgement, i don't think you have any more room to manoeuvre this

Nbogu: @justwise, last time I mentioned that my tier 4 visa was refused under paragraph 320 (7a) because I did not mention that I was pregnant on the application form when making the application

I requested for administrative review saying that It was not asked if I was pregnant on the application form so, I did not see any reason why I should be answering questions I was not asked and that if pregnancy is a material fact to tier 4, provision should have been made for pregnancy situations on the application form.

The review result came back and this is what the reviewer said:

Please let me know what u understand about this review outcome. Does it mean that I am refused under both paragraph 320 (7a) and 245 zv (k) or that the refusal is now under paragraph 245 ZV (k) only. the reason I am asking is because I am planning to apply for a work permit but I am afraid what the outcome will be because of past refusals.

Your advice counts as usual.

Thanks
In your first refusal letter were you refused under paragraph 320(7A) or 245 ZV (K). Were you given the right to appeal then?

ojdollars: Bros, as much as I try to respect you and stay off your threads, I think I expect same. Do you want me to post my Cell Phone number here? Or are you leaving UK for Texas to help them Settle in here? Why don't you ever reason before you comment on a thread self. Or have I been involve in any dodgy business on NL here before. You weren't the reason I put this thread up, there are many Nigerians in America who are in the wrong places and can't find a job, that's the reason I squeezed out a few minute from my busy schedule to put up this info. Why scrap out my email?
I don't expect you to post your number or email address here, what i'm saying is this...keep the info open here, you can help as many people as possible openly here without dropping your number or email address for some private discussion.

chiboy1928: I graduated from uk 6yrs ago even before u taught of finishin secondary school so am nt ur age, level or category.u need an education that the only advice I can offer to u,u better reapply for jamb, atleast you wrote jamb last year and failed you can as well still resit for the jamb than wasting ur time on frivolous things that will never help,ur future is important just an advice.
You might have graduated from the UK but there is no sign of that judging by the way you put your points across, there are crappy UK graduates and you fit the bill in that regard.

Don't give me that UK nonsense because you are not talking to somebody who is a stranger to the UK.

You are just unbelievable! how do you know that hundreds of people read your post and find it strange that i asked that question? How many people made comment about your post?

You made things up and expect people to believe you? If those claimed you made were not published online or offline then where did you get your rumour from? Do you work at the airport? Immigration officer?

Exactly why people hate Nigerians, we abuse every system, abuse other country's official document just the way we did to ours.

Collinsfbi is absolutely right, you may not like it but its the bitter truth.
