Let’s calm down, analyze with sense and put Sentiments apart... this video was only recorded when the tension had calm a little and the victims were being released. Obviously there was gun duel before and after that moment recorded. (Can you see that he stopped recording when gun fires were getting more intense) No military man will be video recording when the battle is hot.
It looked like kidnappers released the victims to find a way to escape or to buy time when pressure was much... if they killed the victims they won’t have any cover again.
