OP, this is the kind of 'out of the box' thinking that'll likely get you in trouble. You can not predict every variable, and you certainly cannot control every possible outcome. So rather than testing every guy that toasts you to know who's a rapist, why not test some other safer quality. That he's not a rapist doesn't mean he's not an alcoholic, junkie, abusive, murderer, or womaniser. Or do you have tests for those also?

Point is, these things are not gender-specific. A breach of loyalty/trust is a character flaw that you will find in males and females alike. Dust yourself up, move on, and find happiness. 2. On another thread you said you never cheated on him cos you know it's a sin, here you say you cheated once.
3. On one hand you're waiting for him to get a better job so you can get married, on the other hand, he's been jobless for two years. Which is it really?
4. He's your fiancé but he's not officially proposed to you, or has he?

This discussion could go on for another 200 pages and the theme will remain the same. Men will generally think it is acceptable to cheat as it is not entirely within their control, and women will never live down the double standards.

@OP, I believe your intention was not to justify cheating, but to explain that it should never be a basis for committing suicide. With that I agree.

My opinion: Cheating is a character flaw, not any different from alcoholism or drug addiction. Men mostly know deep inside that it is wrong, but we lie to ourselves that we cannot help it.

Seeing as it is impossible to reduce your formal interaction with her, it is best that you have a conversation with her sooner rather than later. Make sure the conversation is in your capacity as her boss and not as a 'father-figure'. Communicate how much you value her as an employee and how you'll like for nothing to get in the way of that. No need to fire her unless she poses a threat to you or your business.

Just got off the phone with a friend of mine who works with NNPC in Abuja. She mentioned that NNPC has gone on strike and something else along the lines of production being shutdown nationwide. She said to stock up on fuel (as if it isn't already a hassle to get fuel!).

Can any one else confirm this story?

Hey OP. So there's this girl, known her for like 3months. We're gone passed FMA but closure has been a Nightmare. I've used future projection, humour, pre-selection ... She keeps saying she doesn't feel the mad excitement she was hoping will come when she finally meets the person she's gonna date. I then made the mistake of asking her if I shud stay or go, of cos she said I shud go... I just let her be and stopped chatting and calling. She called a land texted a number of times but I was evasive. Fast forward 2weeks later, I run into this thread and reignited things. We have a number of things planned for Christmas including a romantic 3day getaway where we will be alone in a hotel. I figure this is my chance at closure... Need help on how to ensure closure in this 3days of alone time with her.
