Jabioro: On a lighter note, I think this is what will happen - VC's testimony has "vindicated" Dino and you would expect that he now has all the grounds ready for his lawsuit (actually the testimony get as e be if you look at it carefully) - Then everything will just go quiet and you will begin to wonder why Dino's suit is not progressing - Dino will announce that he has forgiven SR Actually there will be lots and lots of settlement and compromise that will be totally hidden from us. I wish all of them all the best. 1 Like |

Royalfurnitures: My bank wants me to validate a particular phone that I use for online transactions so that I won't need the token. I declined because the risk will be too much. Anyone that steals my phone will see the text messages about my account activities and balance. And the phone is all they need to transfer all they want. Mba 1 Like |

Rapmaestro: Your concern is correct but one has to be careful so that liars/frauds that deceive others about needing assistance will not make one insensitive to genuine needs when we come across them. I just assume that anybody that asks for help needs it either directly for what they tell me or indirectly for other needs. |

Properties / Re: How To Get A Government Approval To Own A "STREET" by K024(m): 5:09pm On Jan 17, 2017 |
You dont need any approval beyond a C of O to own a street. Just buy all the land on the street an voila! You own the street. OK on a serious note, you can not own the street the way you mean it. You can only have the street named after you or you can give the street any (reasonable) name that suits you. 27 Likes |

Benikuuse: This is how we are killing this country. The fact that you are being owed does not mean that it is OK for the government to owe other people. Are you happy that the government is owing you? If you have the opportunity will you do something about it? Come to think of it, your situations are not exactly the same. These girls are not on any salary with the government. They are like mercenaries, consultants, contractors and their only entitlement comes from services rendered in times like this. You are on salary and the government probably has a gratuity and pension plan for you. Most of them have a short time to be in the limelight unlike folks like you that have a long term career with government. Let the government pay them first. If they like, let them ban them for life after the payment. #bonusb4ban 2 Likes |

Tolexander: Truth is I don't really care if they're not given the presidential welcome that they deserve. It also doesn't matter if they are not celebrated even though they just conquered Africa. It seems to me that these ladies are asking for payment for services rendered and not some gratuitous rewards. The retards in power at NFF and sports ministry are making it look as if they are about to do the girls a favour. Match bonuses are not rewards. They are payments for services rendered. let the thieving thieves pay the girls their entitlement. Then they can ban them for life if they like. #payourgirlstheirbonuses #bonusb4ban 6 Likes |

Henry Bosch might have been represented or quoted out of context. For example, the reference to lead acid batteries and topping up charges looks more applicable to batteries in storage. Look at the end of that 2nd paragraph of your link again. 3. Anyway, the experience of most car users around me does not align with your claim. That is why I asked for your source of information. PS. I read your link and I also read up on sulfation. I am not afraid of learning something new. 1 Like |

Thebachelor:The man was arrested for attempting to start this type of chaos. His charge reads “That you, Joachim Iroko, aka Joe, and others still at large, on Saturday, August 13, 2016, at about 5.30pm at the Ketere area, Sango, in the Ota Magisterial District did conduct yourselves in a manner likely to cause breach of the peace, by writing a name, Buhari, on a dog and parading same in the Hausa section of Ketere Market, Sango, thereby, committing an offence contrary to and punishable under Section 249 (d) of the Criminal Law of Ogun State, Nigeria, 2016.” Name your dog buhari or whatever you like but don't put the name on the dog and walk it down the street populated by people who are bound to be offended by anything and everything. what do you think would have happened if some folks like the perpetrators of this crime saw that kind of dog? They may say you have insulted the prophet since the president's first name is the same as that of the prophet. It may not make sense to you but has their crimes ever made sense? I am neither a wailer nor a zombie but I think the man shouldn't have paraded that dog. I do not speak out respect for the president but rather out of respect for human lives. |

I actually came to the thread thinking I could learn some tips for when I grow up. So are you going to give us the remaining 5 reasons or was it just a ploy to attract us to your thread? You know you can also edit the title of the thread to "3 reasons why you should not invest in rental property". 1 Like |

I am sorry if this sounds disrespectful. This would have been a very interesting topic. The problem is that you promised to give "8 reasons why I should not invest in rental property" and you have only given 3 since February. If you could not make good on a promise that was not forced on you and that does not even have anything to do with money, how do I trust you with any other thing you promise either here or on any other thread? Once again, please accept my apologies. Some of us just can not see beyond what people present about themselves. 2 Likes |
