So funny yet its happening daily. Sure we know some cases where Press men Over do, but this just a clear case of Jungle justice (that's if the man really erred). You'll be so surprised that this man was manhandled by peeps maybe not directly under the payroll of the state govt but one arrangee contract firm that recruits touts and mofos, hence this. I hope a better legal action is taken and the riffraffs pay dearly for their actions. |

At times i wonder how Inhuman we all could become. In doing the right thing, some people must suffer. But it hurts more when proper steps are not taken to avert to the max the level of suffering. El-Rufai will still tell the level of insults he receives from people he made homeless through legit and illegal means. The initiators of this demolitions should have known better, Imagine if the 1000 peoples rendered homeless now turn into Hooligans to harass the same people who deprived them of their means of having a place to rest their head. 72hours without a remedy isnt just the case. Irrespective of the fact that they live there illegally or otherwise. |

I thought they were through with this Ogboru's case. Well, I'll be so glad the truth prevails. |

Why the so much blames on GEJ on nairaland. When do we grow tired of attributing every fault we all have in Nigeria to the presidency?? From road, to streets project, light, cars, hunger, even foolishness, stupidity and ignorance of some individuals is blamed on the presidency. I think GEJ should split into 150million pieces and be a guide to every Nigerian even at home, office or bedplace before some Id1ots here understand that Nigeria had long been in bad shape before the presidency came in. and in this era, we've been more exposed to the so many anomaly in the country before now. When a fuel tanker spills fuel in other parts of the world, people run for their lives, but the reverse is the case here in Nigeria. RIP to the Victims. May God grant them eternal rest 1 Like |

dayokanu: The number of people that have been killed under Jonathan can only be rivaled by those who died during the civil war years Pls ignorance as this shouldn't be clearly stated in public forum. Have you looked clearly into the number of plane crashes that had occurred during Obasanjo era as well as the respective Massacres. Try check details on Gbaramatu/Odi village massacre. bashy_demy: i have been following Nigeria since let say 1990 and this is the worst regimeGrow up pls. So many things had happened in d country even before you were born. Btw, must every negative happenings be rooted to the presidency ![]() Nigeria is OURs pls. 1 Like |

I wanna believe the majority of people commenting here do not understand in clear terms the happenings in the schoo I'll strongly advice anyone who require information to go down there and see for themselves. I'm current running a post graduate program there, its so funny that i'm paying about 107% of what the people who did this same course paid just last year. The students have every reason to protest the outrageous increment of School fees but my pain is; Why did they wait till now?? and why also burn school properties. but you know as it is in a case of CIVIL UNREST, many other things suffer. You could also look at the case of Adeyemi College of Education in ONDO town too, where protest there led to bashing of so many cars (over 40) and also damaging properties at TANTALIZERs inside the school premises. This level of School fees increment became common in state schools in the east since last year but ANSU's case was just too much. Empathetical, you could look into the reason for the mayhem.. The increment was just too much... Chikena |

I would have wished he gets well and come back a changed person. But we know better, I really don't wanna ever spend time deliberating on Nigerian Leaders cos I do so and feel bad more. One Day Na One Day |

My GLO Bis monthly 1400=3,000mb of data download, Mtn Bis of 1,500=200mb. Difference is just so clear. Though I've not tried downloading more than 20mb at once before. But I'll stick to my GLO on this, plus cheap call rates to all networks. Mtn really needs to do a great deal about their tariffs, they're really ripping people off. Too bad!!!!!!! |

Everything about Nairaland, including the Bashings, tribalism, bigotry, childishness of some peeps as well as the so many things I can't list here makes NL uniquely great and to have stood strong in spite of all these issh makes it the more interesting. About 5 or 6yrs back it was this interesting too but void of the tribalistic view of many peeps here, maybe its becos the more the merrier now or probably due to the so many issues that have plagued or benefited the Nation at large over these years. The short story here is; our beloved NL has come to stay and the issues herewith makes it the more interesting, Moderators too could play their own lil role (fully understanding d threshold). |

Names pls. We wouldn't wanna believe this is a recycling of a stale news. Btw, how about the case of Rep members sharing so much funds amongst themselves. What's d diff?? SNG, Occupy Lagos won't see dis one now, but When GEJ trys something new, they'll keep on reminding him he wasn't wearing slippers before. |
