InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by kalkah: 11:40am On Mar 18, 2021
Madam, Please kindly advice what stocks we can buy now, I accept the risk thereafter. Thanks

yMcy56:
ZENITH: Up with over N2 since yesterday........
Went down as low as 19.50 yesterday and bounced back immediately.........doing 21.95 as at now......
Some people will end up not buying anything in this Market because they'll keep on shifting goal posts backwards and Mr. Market will be taking them by surprise. Imagine someone still waiting for Zenith @11? huh

GTB: Up with +N1.90.......just today....

Surprisingly however, market is moving up today that I came.... grin

InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by kalkah: 9:31am On Feb 22, 2021
megawealth is right, check the previous 5 years price chart UCAP have the highest price in February since 2017 and drop thereafter, same with Fidson, the best time to enter is March-April or Nov - December.

I am just learning.

lavylilly:
Sir, how do you read this charts? I will like to learn
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by kalkah: 4:11pm On Feb 17, 2021
Kindly recommend other dividend paying stock that we can buy now?

Do you advise those that have vitafoam to exit and enter later when the price dip?

Thanks
Mcy56:
My opinion:
VITAFOAM:
** The price of Vitafoam @CP, N8 is okay BUT you can go for other dividend paying stocks FOR NOW.
Reason: Vitafoam recently declared and was marked down for dividend.
Those holding it may want to sell at any market price so as to key into other stocks we are awaiting dividends from..........this may in turn make them to crash the price small......
You can wait at the dip and use the opportunity to pick some units because they're still coming back for it later.

GUINNESS:
@samguru adviced that we should buy due to some privileged info yet to be made public and he gave likely events that may make the share price attractive in the short run. You can pick some units here or be picking in tranches, depending on how deep your pocket is........and then wait patiently.
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by kalkah: 5:17pm On Feb 03, 2021

InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by kalkah: 4:37pm On Feb 02, 2021
@Mcy56,

is UCAP and Afripud still good at the current price?
Mcy56:
Those looking for bargain should keep eye on U. G. A. Z........and F too........cos if ugaz move, F moves too....... smiley
Also Ucap, Afriprud.

Theres a kind of special attention on Unilever too..........don't know what's causing this yet.........

MANSARD: MM trying to move it back to 1.40...........@1.39 now.......

Think we should try and be identifying stocks with active MM too...........

@ least I can post small now....... lipsrsealed grin

That our stock in short term. Most people in Japaul have made their capital and profit. Whatever remain is profit. Except those that entered last week.

Only WAPCO in 2005 gave the type of japaul enjoyment, bought at12 naira, with right issue average down to 8 naira and later sold at 80.

But JP is not for the faint hearted.

InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by kalkah: 8:51pm On Jan 20, 2021
This is a positive news for the company moving from negative to profitability. The other challenge is one man management which will make the stock remain a gamble.

Those who are selling are taking their profit, I knew someone that enter on Friday @1.52.

Thank you. grin tongue

Anyway, we are watching and waiting for the driver's return to join the bus at appropriate bus stop again...... tongue

Agreed 100%.

People are in the market with various objective, once your objective is clear even if the transaction goes south you either average down or cut your losses based on your objective.

Madam, please give us the hint of the new penny stocks.

All investor are responsible for their risk, no one is compelled to invest in any equity, it is your choice. If you make money good, if you lose money then you learn from it and move on.

I was burnt in NSE in 2008, I left completely just came back November 2020. Now I have a new investment objectives.

Mcy56:

Hello,

Is it a good time to enter CAP?
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by kalkah: 8:55am On Nov 24, 2020
Oga Loco,

Teach us the JIJO stock let learn from you.

locodemy:
I chose between Gsk and Fidelity today for Jijo,Fidelity favoured me by 8% and I dropped Kaya.
Tomorrow,I will look the way of Eti or any other stock at 10% market open price drop.

Market is now in the mood of opening lower and closing higher all in the favour of bears for now.Food for the experts and chart readers.

One can make between 5 to 10% daily if you enter the right stocks tick for Jijo purposes.

Hope you know such stocks?
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by kalkah: 12:31pm On Nov 23, 2020
There will always be buyers, as some people are leaving, some others are coming into the market.

I observe there is heavy volume on Jaiz everyday despite drop in price, even more than 2M units of GSk have exchange hand this morning.
Mcy56:
Quite a lot of volumes exchanging hands especially in selected stocks......................who are the buyers?

Don't panic yet, I bought GSK last week Monday in the Morning 6.95, it drop to 6.4 same day. Then on Tuesday it started rising in the Morning hoping to that it will drop in the afternoon just like how it happen on Monday it did not drop and it was on full gear till Friday.

Unfortunately I set buy order at 6.85 and 6.7 on Friday, before I login this morning the order has been filled, my average price is 6.56.

Let wait and see how Market behave this week, anyway I will sell some this week when the price reach 7.2 that will give me at least 7 - 8% profit and my average price will go down to 6.26.

bigjay01:
GSK i bought at 7 on Friday is now being fully offered @ 6.3

Where can we get the momentum, which stocks?
I am considering buying Total, kindly advice.

PharmAlfred:
Where is BBM and Fxuser?

There is still momentum in the market. Let's go again this week.
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by kalkah: 3:45pm On Nov 11, 2020
Hello OGG,

Thanks, I am novice investor, I follow your advice on GSK is giving me 20%+ within 2 weeks, unfortunately I was able to buy only 30% of my intended volume.
Do you still recommend GSK at the CP of 7.25 though I entered at 6.

Is the estimated ROI on the stock above (UACN, Unilever, JB and Vitafoam) based on the current price? I observe that their prices are going up.

Thanks.

onegentleguy:
For those who missed out on recent opportunities but who are seeking for one, look the way of UNILEVER !!
Based on the coys current BS position(cash stand + earnings accretion) and adjusting for a high risk premium, there's the possibility of a near 57% ROI given its present mkt price.
Elsewhere, UACN also holds an over 61% reward potential, while JULIUS BERGER carries with it a near 45% net RR.
The probability of occurrence is already near 1 for all 3 coys.

Then again, GSK still holds a massive REWARD POTENTIAL !!

The best time to align with them? …NOW !!

CAVEAT: The need for due diligence should still take higher precedence ahead of this post.
My advise? …Pls follow ur instinct.

It is well.

IslamRe: 12-year-old Caned For Wearing Hijab Out Of Class by kalkah: 5:10pm On Feb 28, 2013
Does rules and regulation above the constitution of the nation?

Even what is the rules concerning disciplinary action against a pupil, am sure 43 strokes of cain is a criminal offence....

Also child abuse is another perspective where the principal is guilty...

I will advise the MSSN to sue the principal, they have a case since there is an existing supreme court judgement and court of appeal judgement on similar incidence.
IslamRe: Muslim Students Protest Discrimination Against Hijab In Lagos by kalkah: 5:01pm On Feb 28, 2013
Hi,

Section 32 and 31 of the Nigerian constitution guarantee freedom of religion which is attested to in he UN charter for human right, ... this freedom including dressing was specifically stated in this right.

Also there is a supreme court judgement and Appeal court judgement on two different cases brought by the student of colledge of education esa oke and university of ilorin that specifically attested to the fact that wearing of hijab and veil is part of inalienable right of the muslim females.

This judgement was presented to the Lagos state commissioner for education in a meeting last year, he pleaded with the muslim community in Lagos state then for understanding that they will resolve the issue..

Why should we go against the law.....?

If we are commenting on issues let comment from informed and intellectual perspective not sentiment....

Wishing you all the best.

Thanks
