Hilary Clinton has been at the corridors of power for over 30 years... 30 freaking years, she has had such debates numerous times, so why won't she be winning debates against Trump who is just a first timer? Its one thing to win debates, its a whole other thing entirely to win at the polls. Moreover many polls are also saying Trump won. We all know the mainstream media including CNN will route for Hilary.
Hilary knows she has nothing on Trump nowadays that's why she has resorted to cheap blackmail. Gpdwise: Ghana has started exporting fuel and gas oil to the landlocked countries of West Africa. The state-owned Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company (BOST) Limited, is also supplying petroleum products from the same depot to Benin Republic and Nigeria.Ghana’s Minister of Petroleum, Mr Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, who made this known at the meet-the-press series in Accra, said there were plans to extend the exports to Liberia in the coming months. The minister said the vision of the government was to make Ghana the hubfor the distribution of petroleum products in the West African sub-region.The Bolgatanga Petroleum Depot, with acapacity of 46 million litres of refined gasoline and gas oil, was re-inauguratedin August 2015.Buah said Ghana had been ushered into a new gas era that would guarantee its energy security for the next two decades.“Despite the global downturn in the oil industry, we have managed to increase production.Buah said Ghana’s strategic stock was at an all-time high, with about one million metric tonnes of petroleum products IMPORTED from January to June 2016.Ghanna is planing to become the major marketer of refined petroleum product inWest Africa and we here in Nigeria are the giant of Africa with Nothing to show for it.Imagine Ghana achieving this feet with IMPORTED petroleum product and I wonder what is wrong with Nigeria.before you export anything out of a country that means you have enough to give out. We have more than four refineries in Nigeria and we can't even produce enough product for our daily consumption. Today Ghana has started dumping refined product on us and I congratulate them while I am here shaking my head for Nigeria with full annoyancewhat I Dont understand is where did we get it wrong as a country am speechless |

nku5: On October 1, PMB said General Electric was set to invest USD2.2 Billion in Nigeria but it turns out it was actually USD150 million.
Why must Buhari misinform Nigerians in our independence day speech? Why tell lies that people can easily verify? Has any other president of Nigeria told us as many lies as this one? Why must this man keep disgracing us everywhere?
http://mobile.reuters.com/article/idUSKCN1231LX
U.S. industrial firm General Electric (GE.N) plans to invest around $150 million in Nigeria by 2017, a senior executive said on Monday.
"There are development projects where we are investing," Jay Ireland, chief executive of General Electric in Africa told the FT Africa Summit in London. GE would also invest in oil and gas industry projects. Growth in Nigeria - an OPEC member whose economy, the largest in Africa, is in recession for the first time in more than 20 years due to low oil prices - has been stunted for decades by a lack of investment in its road and rail network.
Ireland said the Nigeria investment was part of a plan to spend $2 billion in Africa in coming years. But the $150 million Nigerian investment falls short of the sum Nigeria's government has said GE would invest. President Muhammadu Buhari, on Saturday in a speech marking Nigeria's independence day, said GE was "investing $2.2 billion in a concession to revamp, provide rolling stock, and manage" some of the country's railway lines.

henryanna36: Enugu Govt. Approves Contract for Rehabilitation of 9th Mile, Opi-Obollo Afor FG Roads
...Upgrades IMT to degree-awarding institution
The Enugu State Executive Council has approved the award of contract for the rehabilitation of 18.5km federal government road along Opi-Obollo Afor, and additional works at Amalla and 9th Mile internal roads from Ekochin Junction-Mechanic Village junction, measuring 2.4km.
The contract was awarded to Reynolds Construction Company (RCC Nig Ltd) at the cost of N1,356,587,804.56k (One Billion, Three Hundred and Fifty Six Million, Eighty Hundred and Four Thousand, Eighty Six Kobo).
Briefing the press at the Government House, Enugu, after the council meeting, the Commissioner for Information, Dr. Godwin Udeuhele, said that the award of the contract was consistent with the state government’s commitment towards improving the lives of the people by creating enabling environment for safe and smooth transportation in the state, especially during the forthcoming Yuletide.
He stated the council also approved the flag-off ceremonies at the various sites for the 25 road projects as well as buildings and water projects in the 17 Local Government Areas of the state, scheduled to hold on October 15.
The council also approved the upgrade of the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu, to a degree-awarding institution in order to meet the educational, socio-political and economic needs of the State.
“In line with this decision,” the commissioner explained that “the council has directed the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Miletus Eze to draft a bill to be forwarded to the Enugu State House of Assembly for necessary action."
Udeuhele also noted that the council equally approved the amendment of Section 315 of the Criminal Code, pointing out that in addition to the regular punishment of imprisonment as provided in the extant law, the relevant section would include demolition of buildings where victims of kidnapping were held captive in order to serve as a deterrent to prospective perpetrators.
In an effort to enhance the aesthetic outlook of the capital city and reposition it for greater heights, the commissioner said that the council also approved the relocation of the Enugu State Transport Company (ENTRACO) to a new site that would be provided for it in due course.

UzuegbuProsper: REDISCOVER IMO@40: ROCHAS ROAD REVOLUTION
There is no gain stating the obvious that, in the whole of Southeast region of Nigeria, no governor has carried out road construction work in the past five years as His Excellency, Anayo Rochas Okorocha.
Indisputably, one major constraint of the Rescue Mission Government has been that of having a favourable weather condition to carry out, as many roads construction, as possible, this, geographers say, is not unconnected with the coastal landmark of the state which witnesses only three months of dry season.
No doubts, the governor has since demystified the order, taken advantage of the bad situation,Owelle constructs roads in the rains, a feat many are yet to comprehend. you deserve two slaps from that ghost that slapped your master...anu ohia
Notwithstanding, over 2,800km of roads have been constructed in the past five years by this administration, including 1Km in each of the 27 council areas, making it the first time, any government in the state had taken such gigantic stride in rural road development alone.
Prior to 2011,the only major road in Owerri capital city was primarily,Port-harcourt -OWERRI road. One could hardly forget the traffic gridlock, the incessant accidents caused by break failure, orchestrated by lorries and trailers. The fumes from fuel tankers and recklessness of dare devil drivers along the only highway then could only be imagined.
Unfortunately, we have all forgotten so soon; yes,we have forgotten how Owelle pulled down story buildings at the back of Lagos street by new market to make way for what is now,Sam Mbakwe road stretching from Warehouse junction down to Emmanuel college making it possible for a link road, again, for the first time.
How can we forget, the 1st inland road, where you have the popular Umuezuruike Hospital...a well known den for criminals & armed robbers who hid in the thick bushes of Nwories water fronts to kill and maimed unsuspecting traders on a daily basis? Again, Owelle created a road where there was none.
Then, came the 2nd,3rd,4th inland, and at the moment,5th tunnel road ongoing, with a bridge transcending P/Harcourt road crisscrossing the Nwaorie River to the new link road directly opposite Rapport Hotel by Orlu road.
These Connecticut of roads network is the first of its kind in Imo state. Not even the past administrations in the last 39years of Imo state envisaged this unique vision.
While, you are preparing to tell me,how some roads built by Owelle has developed potholes,do not fail to understand that; a man who has shoes but keeps complaining of not having the right size is nothing compared to an amputee who has neither legs nor shoes...that is the condition of most States you might likely to compare with Imo.
We may not understand what the governor must have gone through in providing us with access roads today, until we go to nearby states where there is none even with their 13% oil derivation.Besides,it is easier to patch a pothole than think of starting a new road from the scratch.
I want to assure you that,in the coming weeks,as dry season sets in,Governor Okorocha will release his magic wane on the old,new and dilapidated roads, and behold, many shall testify to these wonderful works of the Great Grand Commander Of Free Education in Africa.
#ROCHAISWORKING #IMOMUST BE BETTER
See below, solar lights and new 3rd inland roads linking old & new owerri, each has a box brigde from which nwaorie river flows...built by Governor Rochas Okorocha in Imo state.

sarrki: Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has lamented the stunted and impaired development of Nigeria, 56 years after attaining a state nationhood. Obasanjo said Nigeria is not yet where it ought to be at 56 but expressed the hope that the sundry challenges bogging the country down would be surmounted. He spoke on Saturday during a lecture organised by the Youth Fellowship of the Owu Baptist Church, Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, as part of the church’s activities to mark Nigeria’s Independence anniversary. The elder stateman said leaders and followers, should “accept responsibility” for the fate of the country and “stop passing the bulk.” “Our development is impaired, it is not what it ought to be but we must get it right. We must all accept responsibility, we must stop passing the bulk.” Delivering his lecture on the topic: “Nigeria Development for Nigerians by Nigerians,” he declared that the development of the country must not be left with Nigerians alone but should also include foreign investors and friends of Nigeria. According to him, those interested in assisting the country in its developmental efforts must also be encouraged to help it. Obasanjo identified unemployment of educated Nigerians as one of the major factors threatening the peace of the country. He also identified peace and security, education, food, sanitation, shelter as well as transportation as some of the ingredients for measuring development. The former Chairman, Board of Trustess of the PDP recalled that when he completed his secondary school education at the Baptist Boys High School (BBHS), Abeokuta, he was offered jobs by five different establishments, including the United Africa Company (UAC) and Moore Plantation, Ibadan but lamented that a different situation prevailed today in Nigeria. He also recalled during an interractive session how the famous industrialist, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, few years ago, told him that six PHD holders were among applicants who applied to become truck drivers in his company due to the unemployment situation in the country. “Unemployment is a major problem in the country today and if we don’t take care, it will consume all of us, in fact, the rising unemployment is a time bomb.” “The high rate of unemployment is responsible for youth restiveness in the country. The situation should be tackled with all the seriousness it deserves before it get out of hand. “There is no other way we can develop except, engaging in agriculture business, it is the only business that can generate the number of employment we need. “That is why we have to take it (Agriculture business) as a key of our development else the many educated Nigerians who have no job are like time bomb, sooner than later, it will explode,” Obasanjo said. Obasanjo challenged the church to pay attention to both the spiritual as well as the physical well being of their congregations. He noted that the church’s attention appeared to be focused only on the spiritual aspect of the congregations, explaining that he had seen the recession buffetting the country two yeas ago following the recklessness of the immediate past administration regarding the country’s resources. He said his warning
