your shipping method (China Post ordinary small packet) is usually too slow, it may arrive later but I have a bad experience with them, I still have a package which is 70 days now and yet arrive. Next when buying something choose Yanwen economic airmail for smaller items or better still choose aliexpress standard shipping.

Infinix hot 7 pro that was bought less than a week, just loss its media sound. Videos and audio are playing with no sound, all ring tones and notifications are working perfect except media sound. OK, the seller has just replied my message, he said I should open a dispute and provide a photo evidence of the damaged item he will refund as soon as possible so that I can re-order again from him.

Friends please advise me on what to do, I know there are people here with years of experience on this issue. I ordered a screen calibrator from aliexpress, after 3 weeks the package arrived, I collected it from post office but to my greatest disappointment, the calibrator was already broken in the package when I opened it. I took a picture of it and send it to the seller but he's yet to respond since morning, should I give him more time or open a dispute? I'm confused please advise me.

please don't root your precious phone unless you have a very important reason for doing so, Xiaomi phones are nearly perfect that you don't need root permission to enjoy it.

I was a fan of Konga years back, but not anymore. Konga is dead, Jumia is the best now.

Hello friends, I have been enjoying Airtel double data bonus on every data I purchased, for the past three months but from last week it has stopped, even my other sim that I bought less than a month is no longer getting the bonus.

Here in Jos the best speed I was able to get from Airtel 4G is 2mb/s. It depends on location though, maybe I could get higher speed in another location within the city.

So Glo is no longer giving YAKATA bonus for voice calls, or is it only me? I recharge N100 today, I was given a data bonus of 25mb instead of 50mb and no N350 airtime bonus again.

I have question regarding Vivo Y622 for Chinese market, it doesn't come with play store and all Gapps, also it doesn't come with FM radio but 3G network is working fine. So I also learned that there is a global version of the phone named Vivo Y22, they have everything in common from design to software. So my question is, can I flash the rom of the Y22 on Y622 in order to get the Gapps and FM working?

Don't disturb the seller again. Wait for like an hour to go and open dispute. If you keep messaging the seller, he might increase the protection period for another 30 days.

My buyer protection ends in 11 days.

8 out of 10 of my orders from aliexpress comes within two or three weeks with the same free shipping, this is the first time my order exceeded more than a month, incidentally it is also the first time China post is shipping my item.

we have a similar case, I ordered a charger and memory card on 28th March, the two items were sent through China post small package. The charger arrived on 30th April but the memory card is yet to arrive.
