Please my sister got her study visa application refused.. even after paying one year tuition!!! She applied on December 30th 2023. We have received her gcms and ready to explain the reasons.

But my question is, Can she reapply immediately or will she be needing attestation letter? Will the new rule of attestation saga apply to her considering the rule was made Jan 22nd.

Did anyone reapply without attestation letter and got response?

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE WITH A STUDY VISA TRAVEL WITH A ONE WAY TICKET WITHOUT ANY ISSUE?

I know this is a study visa thread but i decided to drop my question here because I know there are more insightful participants here who can help.

Please I intend to apply for a canada visitor visa and I have some concerns about my statement . My outstanding closing balance is 37 m, opening balance is 113 million, with outflow 189 million, and inflow 113 million.

Since my outflow is more than my inflow will that be a problem bearing in mind I have good closing balance? Will they assume my business is not going well and refuse me based on funds ?

Please help with your opinions

I have ordered for my gcms notes yesterday and received the below notification , though I was surprised no payment of $5 popped up and I was wondering if it’s actually normal

Please is this usual?
Ordered for gcms notes for study permit refusal, I was surprised no page for $5 payment popped up on my screen.. Though I received a the notification attached below.
HAVE THEY WAVED THE FEE for applicants?
People that requested gcms notes lately, did you encounter it too?
I used the link I got from page 1 of this thread https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do?lang=en

Hello House,

WHICH CONDITION IS BETTER?
Please my brother is trying to come to canada via study route. He has gotten admission for a PGC and first term tuition paid by sponsor (Uncle). We asked our uncle to please deposit 8k usd equivalent to 10k cad into his dom account for one year living expenses just to make his application very convincing, when his visa is approved he will return the money to him.

However my uncle refused to deposit such money in my brother’s account with the only condition that the Dom account must have two signatures ( my brother and one other of his children) just to make sure his money his safe. The VO I believe will frown at this because they will think the money is not readily available to my brother since he is not the only signatory.

We thought about another alternative, now we found a money lender who is willing to deposit such money in my brother’s account with the condition that he will put the account on lien! Is this an issue too? Has anyone successfully used a lien account? Please which option or condition is better for his situation.

Your opinions will be highly appreciated

Good day all,
My sister got her PPR! She stays in Asaba. She went to DHL yesterday to send her passport to lagos vfs and the DHL people said she’s supposed to pay vfs before they can collect the Passport, this is very strange. Please which payment are they talking about.
Have anyone recently used any courier service to submit passport? Please how did you do it?

Hi everyone

My father is late and his twin brother my uncle wants to sponsor me for my 1 year PGC and he is willing to pay my 1year full tuition and transfer 10k cad for my living expenses into my Dom account.
My problem is that aside my mum and siblings, I don’t have any landed property document to my name as ties and I don’t know if adding uncle property documents will make any sense

PLEASE HELP ME.

Good day all,

I have a Bsc in Political Science, and I recently got an offer for a 2year ONTARIO COLLEGE DIPLOMA in Human Resources. It’s a post secondary program, although I had earlier applied for PGC but the school gave me the post secondary diploma in Human Resource.

Please I am worried, has anyone with BSC ever gotten visa for post secondary diploma programs?

Good day all,

Please can I use an online ( mobile app) generated bank statement of account and also attach a bank reference letter.

The issue is that the hard copy stamped bank statement my bank gave me is not clear at all. Access Bank statement, very bad printers, I have tried 3 different branches. It’s not even clear and the size is over 30 mb, by the time I compress that document an inch lower, I believe nothing will be clear again.

Has anyone here used pdf file online generated bank statement ? Is the stamp actually important on bank statements? I believe with or without stamp , the visa officer will still do his verification.

Please what are you thoughts

Good morning all,
Please I need help, I have paid full one year tuition, open a GIC account with (20 000 cad ) funded. Do I still need to add someone as a sponsor? Is this ok?
My brother doesn’t want to release his bank statement but he gave me money for GIC. However he is willing to release landed property documents.

I am also thinking if it’s necessary to explain the source of the money in the GIC account

Please help your opinions and experiences. People who knows about GIC with visa should please help me
Thanks

URGENT: PLEASE A CALL FOR HELP!!

Hi Everyone, Please I am trying to submit my application but I am having trouble compressing my file to 4mb. Trust me I have used all kinds including ilovepdf, smallpdf, adobe, etc I have even been paying for latest versions of compressors online, yet it gets to a point where it says “ your file can no longer be compressed or reduced “

I am afraid because upon the file is not even close to 4mb , it’s already becoming invisible. I don’t want to be denied due to unclear documents. ( yes, this happened to my friend, his GCMS note read; bank statement not clear)

I intend to just upload my files separately; that’s submitting on the proof of fun section, I will then put some documents too on the FORM IMM5257 space ( I didn’t fill it, since it’s optional), and then the rest of my forms sent via webform immediately I pay and submit my application.

My brothers and sisters, is this a good step? Any better option? Has this worked for someone on this group? Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
