I didn't say anything because obviously, she couldn't see the back of her head. Lol! I haven't rocked my normal head look for a while because my face has gone slim and looks long. I feel it will now look weird just go out like that. Need fat. |
Hm |
sexkillz: Did kandii actually mention 2012 as judgement day? Kai! I cant wait to get home.Go read my comment sexkillz. |
We can cross out the arguments of hell, and be free spirited and share our own interpretation and understanding from what we have studied. If sexkillz, nor wan, we can argue the same path we were arguing in. I may not seem it but I love learning and reading and hearing other people's opinions on something like this. |
@sholly, I usually read the bible as an outsider. It was sexkillz, who asked for quotes in the bible, if that wasn't the case then I wouldn't be arguing points blatantly out of the bible about a hell( a place of torture and great agony). I didn't put in exactly how I feel about how I view the scriptures in my head because we are talking about what's in the bible. There are so many contradictory statements in there and only someone with a strong faith can actually follow without going too deep to confused themselves even more. Judgement day is believed to be the final judgement. Dead people will be given physical forms and those alive will join them to be judged with perfect justice by God. Everything as we know it will cease to exist.--- interpreted from (2 Peter 3:10-13) From reading the speculations about the mayan religion/culture and the hoohaas about 2012=judgement day. The mayans did not say we would be destroyed completely and that's it, nothing more. It is said there will be a rebirth of a new world, different to what was in existance. Yes, there will be sufferings and pain but after all of that God will reveal the big plan he has for mankind. Many similarities. |
Aha, I don't live in nigeria but from what I have heard and seen it seems the laws does not really favour you. Maybe, if you have connections and money, nau? ![]() We are talking about law and the general rules for it. You cannot just tell me you can go to court and win because of an UNOPENED bottle of beer. You have to meet criterias to win in court. Not just because it "almost killed" sexkillz. How did it almost kill him? By buying it and staring at it? Mumu! Calling me a mo.ron won't make any difference. Oga, sexkillz, I beg how did the particle laden bottle almost kill you? Lmfao! |
Shollypopz: lol Sexkillz u slept off yesterdayMorning. I actually have the same feeling about hell but in the end the bible states what hell will be like and we cannot mix personal feelings with the bible. |
sexkillz: You, kandii and slimyem raised different issues. In replying them all at once, everything was interwoven. You said there was no hell, stop changing your tune or have you accepted that there is? ![]() |
You don't know the regulations here so shut up, listen and stop acting like some omni-present slowpoke.
Lol! Listen to the rubbish you are spewing? Lol! @how the manufacturers will tremble at the threats of getting sued by an unopened bottle especially in Nigeria. We are talking about fricking nigeria here. Lmfaoo! How the phuck did the product almost kill him? Did he drink from it or maybe the sight of the particle almost killed him. Lmfaoo! Stop chatting shyt and go read law. |
Oh I see where your brains are, you would just stroll into the headquarters of Nigerian Breweries in Ikeja and demand to see the production manager right? You have bigger issues with thinking than I thought. @Killz Get a lawyer, file some bogus charges on how their product almost caused you harm and watch them come around you like files. Remember I did my internship with one of them? That's how it works. You go in there to see them and you will lose the bottle with only two cases of drinks as compensation
Jesus christ!! You are beyond the word stup!d! |
Do you really think the manufacturers will allow such a case to get to court? Suing them will only be to shake them up and get their attention. You will be paid to keep silent simple. Is that so difficult to phantom?
You are stup!d, yes you are! Read where I wrote he should contact the manufacturers and see where I said they will give him his money back. If not he can seek the direction of the courts. Lawyers usually advice things to be settled outside of court through alternate methods if that doesn't work then it can be moved to a court. Stop acting stup1d and read on my previous posts. |
Some people just don't know when to give up an agreement they have lost. They will pay him some money so he does not go public with the bottle. Do you know the damage it will cause if he goes public with that bottle alone? SMH
Start reading posts and stop being an ediota! We are talking about courts here not the public. Did I not ask him to take the bottle to the manufacturer? Ofcourse, it will be bad for the company's public image if he goes out with it but there is no guarantee he will win the case if he goes to court with it because he needs to fulfil the criterias. |
He can sue the company for neglect which might have cause him harm if he had drank their product. Use your head for once
There you go "could have" caused him harm. If you read my first post you will see I specifically asked if there was harm. Stop trying to pick silly things when you have not been reading. If courts allow him to claim because it "could have" caused him harm, won't it be easy for everyone to sue? There are criterias to be met before suing. Follow your advice before telling others to use their heads. It's funny how you did not quote me regarding the legal issue until lord reed mention something. Lol, hiding behind someone again I see. |
I don't know oo. ![]() |
You obviously don't know anything about brands and safety regulations for food and beverage companies and the bad thing is that you are arguing like you do
Stop chatting shyt, my friend. Is nigeria a special case which let's consumers to just sue anyhow? Wtf! |
It is clear you don't know a lot about Nigeria so it will be better if you just remain silent on this issue. The drink is produce by a company which has a name to protect and is also supposed to follow certain standard. Now if there are particles in the drink, It means those standards are not upheld and the regulatory body might sanction them.
Dude, why do you always like quoting me and passing comments my way? If you read law in general, you will also know that not any tom, d1ck and harry can sue. If that was the cases then the floodgates will be opened and anyone can claim and win which then raises the issue, "what's the point of the law" There are laws to protect both the consumer and the manufacturer. |
sexkillz: The particles are visible by mere looking at the bottle. You see them moving around. That's why I said contact the manufacturer to get you money back. If yóu went to the beer palour in nigeria, I'm sure you returned it to the seller and got a new one nau? Plus, if you are in nigeria, you have even a slimmer chance of claiming anything in court. Only way you can go to court is if the people decide not to give you your money back. Then you can sue for that and whatever expenses yóu got through all that trouble. |
^settlement? As in a large sum of money or him getting the money he paid for it back or a new particle free bottle? It would have been easier to file a lawsuit if he opened it and drank, then realise it was particle laden than suing without opening. |
I will woop your azz again and drag you across the floor. ![]() |
^dude, don't argue with me. |
Aha we have moved on from this thread. We are on another one(same topic). |
sexkillz: The righteous will be resurrected to live forever, and the wicked will not be resurrected.LOL! Omg! And you got this from just a single line? Lmaoo. This was God's original plan(humans living on earth forever) but obviously because of sin, it is now the righteous who will live on earth forever. Nowhere does the bible say when we die we die forever and only the righteous will get resurrected. If you read revelations, it will tell you the God's plan of wanting humans/believers to live on earth forever. That's where Zion comes in to play. Still doesn't mean people won't go to heaven because the bible states that only a small amount of people out of billions will ascend into heaven during the rapture(therefore not all christians will go to heaven but some will also stay on earth to fulfil God's original plan.) He will get rid of all the plagues of the worlds and the earth will revert back to how he intented before Adam. Pastors(yes, I have been to churches) only preach of heaven forgetting that only about 144,000 people will enter(if I got the number right), they forget to preach about the kingdom or paradise/heaven on earth God will create. It still doesn't mean the wicked will not get resurrected and die forever. They will be in hell because that's what the bible says. Read your bible, read revelation. |
^hey, I'm only just starting to accept my own man having sensual baths. Growing up, that's not the image I had of a manly man. |
kandiikane: Just from psalm 37:29(the righteous will inherit the land and dwell in it forever) Ýou conclude there is no hell? That when people die, they die forever?I'm still waiting for why you would quote psalms 37:29 because it doesn't support you in anyway. |
sexkillz: Especially when you cannot quote scriptures. Yeah, i get.Sharrap, my friend. You have not been making sense and you bring in rubbish to prove idiocy. |
sexkillz: Did you read psalms 37 vs 29? Read it.Just from psalm 37:29(the righteous will inherit the land and dwell in it forever) Ýou conclude there is no hell? That when people die, they die forever? |
