The girl started menstruating at 3 or something. . Obvious medically there must have been something wrong but she did have a child and her mother passed it on as her own child.


Nowadays, children as young as 7, 8, 9 are menstruating, if someone happened to abused them at the age, pregnancy will incur.


Puberty starts in girls between 8-9 to 14. . (This is normal)

It's rare but it is possible for the puberty to start earlier than that.

There should be no reason on this earth for a woman to be violated because of the way she is dressed. A woman has a right to wear whatever she wants and it is her right to not be violated for it. And no it is not the man's right to violation a woman.
There are schools who have rules on what to wear and because you are going to the school you should abide by it but if you are out in public you have a right as a human being and as a woman to wear whatever you want
