amblors:
that fone has pretty horrible battery life i hia, thats coz they reduced the battery capacity compared to older RIM fones despite doubling its processing capacity, times like this i wonder if wisdom was thrown out the window, i may still get it though.

tried booting someone's 9780, took 5 good mins, smh
Yes, it does have a horrible battery life plus sometimes when u are using it it will start loading continuously with every movement. Its pretty annoying because the only way i can get it to load again is by taking the battery out.

Phones › Re: Is A Blackberry Better? by kandiikane(m): 2:06pm On Dec 20, 2011
I got the blackberry bold 9900 and for the first week it was awesome but then it started slowing down, Out of the blue a little black box will come with a little timer going round and round for like 15mins even I just move the tracker undecided, Battery life is shite, With all of its issues, I am very clumsy with phones always dropping them and I have dropped this phone on hard concrete so many times and its still going strong although I do have a tiny crack (hardly visible) on the top of the screen. All in all no regrets with the phone just need to get insurance for it.

@Ijaw girl, I think I might have mixed it up but if only the river state people dress like that then I believe they are from river state and not cross river.

@one naira and odumchi,  there was a funeral in the family and the men were dressed exactly like the  picture above. . Is this just what is worn by most cross river people or just the ijaws?
Culture › Re: Traditional Eastern Ijaw Attire In Pictures by kandiikane(m): 12:22am On Nov 20, 2011
Is the ijaws the same as the cross river state people? My aunt married last year(she is from cross river state) and her husband is Igbo but she wore what I am seeing here, the attire, including the hat in the second to last photo, beaded walking stick and heavy bead necklaces.
-- This is the best I've seen Madame in 20 yrs (lol). She's not looking bad.

Couple of notes.

1) It's too much! She's making too many "statements". The dress is loud as hell, the last things needed to complement it, is that pair of shoes, and excess jewelry. Agreed

2) The dress itself is "young". She's too old for that kind of dress. The dress is just too much if all the hullabaloo on the shoulder and the back was not there it would have suited her perfectly.

3)The hair; Apparently, her 2-yr old child styled it. Cute, but not appropriate. I will say with all that's going on with the dress the only hairstyle to go with  is a simple one.

Good Improvement. I hope to see better coming from her. [/colo] The dress itself accentuates her bottom half and she already has both the hips and thighs so no need for that but apart from that all good lol(there is nothing really left)
