This is how a responsible person talks. Not when you tell us falsely from the safety of your home in Abuja that Boko Haram has been defeated, thereby, making people to lose guard and relocate to the affected areas, only to end up as victims. |
Another round of questioning, arrest, bail drama, media Trial and propaganda, and eventually, nothing serious will be heard of it? And the cycle begins all over again? |
Up till now,I can't say for certain what these boko Haram people want from Nigeria. Why Nigeria of all countries? Abeg who knows what they want? |
When the people already arrested have not been successfully prosecuted so far. Bullshit... Next! Abeg. |
Bigprozzie:When you make statements like this, someone would think that you're in an eldorado Nigeria. Meanwhile, you're holed up somewhere probably wondering where your next meal will come from. Keep on chanting "Sai Buhari",e go soon clear for your eyes. |
Buhari has woefully failed in every major international diplomatic attributes. To even start making excuses for his gaffes by comparing him with the late social critic and renowned novelist Chinua Achebe, who put the country on international map positively,is the height of stupidity. Buhari is the president for goodness sake! If he goes about bad-mouthing his country people, how does he now expect to attract investors in this period that the country badly needs investors for diversification of the economy? Any how you look at it,Buhari and his hoards of ministers goofed big time. What a shame! |
tartar9:Can someone please Ban and chain this guy for his stu*pidity... |
coolzeal:My Brother, all those things will come in due time, with or without Government's assistance. You can not forever hold a ripe udara on the tree without it falling down. Kudos to Anambra. I'm really proud of Anambra. The good thing here also,is that other states like Ebonyi are beginning to open their eyes as well. |
Who knows? Maybe this Boko haram issue would have been a long forgotten one now if APC had supported the previous government's campaign against terrorism instead of playing politics with it. Now they've inherited the problem and the opposition is just laughing at them and blaming them for incompetence. Talk about setting the wrong precedence! |
Ok |
ObinnaIzuora:Ebonyi State backward? My friend you need to travel more...This is the 21st century. |
I totally support this. If GEJ is implicated, let him be probed: if Amaechi is implicated, let him be probed. Also, let any subsequent government probe Buhari. Simple. This is healthy for our nation. |
I give to GEJ. Very mature and intelligent response. |
fancynana:If you're Igbo, then you're obviously misguided. How many times do you see other people of other tribes come on a public forum to berate their own kinsmen on a perceived "shortcoming"? Or you think all of them are of sterling characters - no bad eggs amongst them? If you feel there's something about the Igbos you need to address ( assuming you're Igbo yourself),there are better ways to do that. You can even start from your own very community instead of coming on a public forum to make this kind of statement. I don't have to go further on this. If a lion joins the hyenas to attack the lion pride, then the dissident lion will be treated like a hyena. |
fancynana:How did you know that the Writer of this article is an Igbo? Are you related to him? Why can't you people just let the Igbos be? What kind of obsession is this? Who are you to advice the Igbos on who to support and who not to support? The pictures you posted,do you know those people carrying the banner? How are you sure they're Igbos and not some hate-filled obsessed people like you? Allow the Igbos to live their lives the way they deem fit.... afterall, you or whoever you represent isn't better in anyway than the average Igboman you see on the street. |

I listened to this man on Channels when he said all these. I see him as one of the few unbiased human rights activists in the country. Intact,he's a major supporter of Buhari, especially during the certificate Brouhaha. What he said above is the raw truth devoid of undue sentiments. In as much as the good people of Nigeria support this campaign against corruption,Buhari must be sure to respect the laws and decisions of the courts of the country. It might feel right now,but Buhari is setting a precedence which will haunt Nigerians in the future. |
Bullshit. Why are you guys now in power?
If it's all blame, why didn't you stay as opposition and blame till eternity? |
Rubbish report... You deserve a long ban for idleness OP. |
Ok |
May it be on record that respected world Economists have cried out over Buhari's Economic policies. In future, let the sycophants know exactly the direction to point their accusing fingers at. |
scaredy:My Sister,Beauty or handsomeness is but a thing that can fade away. Even your own beauty can fade away with age which comes with time. Marriage is a spiritual thing, and what sustains it is more than mere comeliness of the body. Your husband may not be as handsome as you would want, but he's a good man ( from what you said),and he's proud of you. Be proud of him too. Show him off;respect him; value him; treat him like a king; and even in your old age and when things are not so rosy, you'll have you a man who will stand by you. It's a conscious effort; do it. |
lionness:Your problem is a very complex one: bigotry laced with serious brainwashing and ignorance. So you see nothing wrong with the present economic situation of Nigeria? Companies are laying off their workers; Businesses are folding up; Prices of goods and essential commodities are generally on the rise; Even core supporters of this government are feeling the heat and crying out openly, yet your inbred hatred for a section of this nation wouldn't let you see beyond your nose? You think everything starts and ends on Nairaland where you can shamelessly display your dirty hatred for a particular people? Keep it up; when they start asking to pay you 100 naira instead of the normal 500 naira you charge for your one-night-stands,you'll then understand. |
The MOds should quickly pull down this thread and ban this mischievous OP. What sort of rubbish is this? How can you upload pictures of injured people and claim Dasuki caused that? Dasuki's case is in court and this kind of useless thread can affect the normal court process of justice. Seun Lalasticlala Mynd44 |
I think it's high time the DSS and EFCC went after Lai Mohammed for him to tell them exactly what he knows about all these allegations he keeps churning out. You can't be throwing allegations about on whims when there are more pressing issues that need your attention as per office you hold and expect not to be interrogated. Lai should be telling us where exactly the Chibok Girls are,and what the Government is doing to bring them back; what the Government is doing about the obvious crumbling Nigerian economy... And so much more important issues. Enough of all these theatrics |
Ucheosefoh:That Guy you quoted has consistently refused to use his brain... Don't bother yourself explaining things to him; his case is a lost one. |
bloodyBLOGGER:You're just a bitter soul. Most of these people you're ridiculing are far better than you in all ramifications. You can always rejoice now while forgetting that there are thousands of your kinsmen who live in the SE and depend on the goodwill of the indigenes there to survive. |
OP,you're just been sentimental up there. Even if Buhari decides to probe only the immediate past administration(which I highly doubt he will),it's what he feels is right, and most Nigeria are fully in support of him in that. The amount of misappropriation and corruption that was norm under GEJ is mind nauseating. At some point,Nigerians should be able to say "enough is enough" and rid the country of these criminals who have placed them in perpetual dungeon. It doesn't really matter where Buhari decides to start from in this present campaign against corruption; when he leaves office, another administration can still probe him and his cabinet. We have to start from somewhere; we might not have started it right, but it's a progress. |

death2allYoruba:No matter your grievance,I don't think it warrants a moniker such as yours. You wish all Yorubas dead, not minding if any of your relations happens to marry a Yoruba... That's wrong. Search yourself and advice yourself. |
Op,in as much as you used some very harsh words up there to describe Yorubas, most of what you said are simply the plain truth that any objective person can attest to. The Igbos survived the after-war 20 pounds policy that affected almost 90% of them,is it now a demolition that didn't affect up to 30% of the whole Igbos in Nigeria that they can't survive? You see, things have a way of coming back to haunt people. Who would have thought that Igbos would be one of the major players in the Economic sector of Lagos ( southwest) after Awolowo ( a southwesterner) chaired the 20 pounds policy? That's life. These things are recorded. There's always an option, and there's always Karma. |
am very sure the total exports won't fill two rooms.they will soon start bragging about how they own the economy.
