Eternals (2021) 6.5/10

Eternals is basically the MCU's Wonder Woman 84. Two reasons why it's not getting as much hate as WW84:
A) The backing of the MCU brand
B) It wasn't the first superhero movie to drop in December after a long cinema CBM drought.
Chloe Zhao basically tried her best to juggle a large ensemble cast, a new setting and a buildup to a new superhero series in the MCU in a single 2hrs+. It's a testament to her skill that the movie still manages to be entertaining even with all its flaws.

Eternals' premise starts shaky. It's hard to invest a lot in a story that could have easily been resolved or prevented if Arishem had taken a freaking Udemy course in project design. That along with a couple of plot points that ended up leading nowhere (and don't seem like they'll be resurrected or addressed in any of the sequels) don't exactly help the case of the plot.

Now, does this mean Eternals is a bad movie? Absolutely not. There's still a plethora of interesting and likeable characters, beautifully choreographed actioned scenes, that MCU humor that still hasn't gotten old for me yet and gorgeous visuals to entertain the movie watcher that seeks to be entertained.
Makkari lays claim to the best fight sequences from any speedster in live-action history. And Ramin Djawadi's score is a soul mover. Seriously, I've had Across the Oceans of Time on repeat since I watched that movie.
Chloe and her team did enough of a good job here to get me interested. I only ask that she up her anté on the next entry. Keep things a bit more tight.

I think it's the director and writer that needs a udemy course in project design.

I have 4 brothers and a sister including myself which is 5 guys and a girl (totalling 6 people) in my family.

I shared an apartment with this our 2nd brother. We did things together. We shared rents together. Cook and eat together until he got a girl pregnant. Because of this, I moved out and started living with a friend to give them space since he had to take care of the girl. One day, due to some irregularities in my friend's house, I couldn't bath their at the time. I took a bike to my brother's place (our shared apartment) to have a quick bath only and get to work early. I met this girl alone in the house. I told her my intentions and situations on ground for coming and I didn't visit frequently since I moved. Guess what she said; "you'll replace the water after taking your bath". I was shocked.

I took my bath and left. One other time, I had a particular cloth I wanted to wear to work. I remembered I had left it in that our shared apartment. I went their to get it.
