Our network providers need to make adequate profits so that they can pay for fuel,equipment,staff salaries ,supplies, and crucially upgrades.

All those profits that GSM companies made,they are the reason why we have some decent internet in the first place.....it paid for much of the infrastructure AND the subsequent upgrades.
