Okonkwo kept his fourth clean sheet of the season in Saturday’s 1-0 win, making it nine goals conceded in nine games. It’s a very solid start for the young Gunner, who celebrated his 21st birthday earlier this month. Just as encouraging as his performances is the fact Okonkwo has been featuring so consistently so far. The goalkeeper is yet to miss a minute of his side’s League Two campaign. 1002404544 Arsenal goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo warming up before the UEFA Europa League match at Estadio de la Ceramica, Villarreal. Copyright: Focus Images Goalkeeper loans can be a bit hit and miss, as it’s often hard to break in if you don’t make the starting lineup immediately. Conversely, if you can nail down your place in the early stages of the loan, it sets you up well to play regularly all year. So far, it doesn’t appear that Okonkwo is going to have much trouble earning minutes with Crewe. |

This year’s draft was the 76th edition of the annual draft, and it included 58 selections. Ochai Agbaji of Nigerian heritage emerged in this year’s annual draft with No. 14 pick after he led Kansas to their first NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Tournament since 2008. The 22-year-old Nigerian-born was selected by Cleveland Cavaliers joining another rising star of Nigerian heritage, Isaac Okoro in the team who was selected in the 2020 NBA draft. Other Africans selected in the NBA 2022 draft are Yannick Nzosa of DR Congo with No. 54, Khalifa Diop of Senegal with No. 39, and Christian Koloko of Cameroon with No. 33. What they are saying about the draft “I just want to thank the organization and Cleveland for drafting me, believing in me,” Agbaji said Thursday night from the Barclay’s Center in Brooklyn. “I’m going to give you 110 percent every single day and a positive attitude. I’m going to be a hard worker. Come in, be humble and represent my city well.” “The shooting piece was important,” president of basketball operations Koby Altman said. “The fact he can play wing, the fact he can guard wing is great. I don’t know if that went into it so much as the need for shooting.” “I don’t want to put him on a pedestal and say, ‘This is the next great wing that we draft.’ But maybe it is. I do know that he fits a need right away and he’s going to compete and he has that winning pedigree that we really like,” he added. What you should know about Ochai Agbaji Ochai Young Agbaji (born April 20, 2000)is an American professional basketball player for the Cleveland Cavaliers of the National Basketball Association (NBA), drafted as the 14th overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft. A Kansas City, Missouri native, Agbaji initially wanted to play soccer in college and was not a highly-touted recruit through his first three years of high school. Both of his parents played collegiate basketball at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, but Agbaji was only recruited by mid-majors until his senior year of high school when he averaged 27.6 points and 8.6 rebounds per game for Oak Park after hitting a growth spurt that made him 6-5. A Kansas assistant coach caught wind of Agbaji, and the three-star recruit decided to become a Jayhawk. His Kansas career started as a redshirt freshman and ended with a Big 12 Player of the Year selection, a consensus First-Team All-American nod, the Final Four’s Most Outstanding Player Award and Kansas’ first NCAA title win since 2008.’ Making steady improvements each year while at Kansas, Agbaji declared for the 2021 NBA Draft, attended the combine, received feedback about his draft positioning, took it to heart and returned to Kansas for his senior campaign. There were lofty expectations for Agabji upon his return. He exceeded all of them, taking Big 12 Player of the Year honors, being named a consensus First-Team All-American and leading the Jayhawks to their first NCAA championship since 2008. He capped his improbable star turn with Most Outstanding Player in the NCAA Final Four. |

If you listen to this man speak you will understand that divisiveness and ethnic bigotry are deeply entrenched into him. He mentioned insecurity and the first idea he had was EndSars. Guess who was behind EndSars? Southern youths. No mention of Boko haram, no mention of bandits no mention of herdsmen. But EndSars is the reason for Nigeria's insecurity and the reason the youths can no longer be employed |
