KingEbukasBlog: Can you stop getting up dander up ? Its the same .
Pre- Christ era
Use of animal sacrifice for sin cleansing if you know God . Judged according to your self- righteousness if you dont know God .
Post-Christ era
Accept Christ as Lord and Savior for sin cleansing if you know God . Judged according to your self- righteousness if you didn't receive the Gospel
I dont get this question . But if you mean , the connection of sin and the significance of Christ's death then the connection is that you are remitted from paying for your sin 1. I thought you said Christ was the only way how come self righteous is used for those who are ignorant about God? 2. the only reason why animal sacrifice and Jesus sacrifice were necessary is because God specifically demands for them. If God didn't want them they wouldn't be relevant, would they? |

Toks2008: I know many will be expecting to read long list of signs to know if a man truly loves a woman but the simple truth is that a man can show all those signs and still may not really love the lady.
I have read that when a man loves a woman he will treat her with respect, she will always be on his mind,He compromises for her sake,he touches her in public,He takes care of her,When he talks about the future, she is always in it bla bla bla... but the honest fact is that all these are also signs of initial gragra syndrome or telemudo love.
I believe that a man will naturally love a woman who seem to do his bidding or act romantic and makes him happy but how will he react if there is a tilt in the emotional balance?.
A man can spend millions for a lady and may not truly love her and many guys even propose marriage to ladies for several reasons asides true desire for her.
In my opinion,it is not really about how many years you have been with a man that matters but until a man's love for a woman is really tested by turbulent situations in the union,no woman should conclude that her man truly loves her.
The simple fact is that when a man truly loves a woman, nothing on earth will make him leave her and she will remain his numero-uno against all odds till death do them part.
And this piece also applies to a woman's love for a man.
My humble take All that faith and trust based on a biological impulse to mate. Tragic! |

KingEbukasBlog: Its your opinion . Its better by the way . The purpose is the same - to save mankind .
Because He is God but humbled him to face such difficulties and sufferings . His experiences are of spiritual significance . E.g The stripes - for our healing . The shedding of his blood - for the cleansing of sin . The suffering - for us to be of good cheer and enjoy a good life etc / 1. How is the same?! More people who could have saved themselves by their own salvation are condemned because God wanted to make Jesus's sacrifice useful. 2. Now if I commit premeditated murder, what is the natural connection between my act and Jesus's suffering on the cross. |

2. Not every na . The travails of the cross 1. The purpose has changed because people lost the power to be righteous by themselves without Christ. The present validation is even worse. 2. This travails of the cross is special because it was only Jesus or because of Jesus and the cross? |

KingEbukasBlog: Jesus , came as God in human flesh - dual-natured . So he faced the travails of being human KingEbukasBlog: Yeah . John 3 :16 To what purpose was the validation changed? Do you mean that every pain, blood, tears, word, laughter of Jesus acquires a spiritual significance because he is divine right? @gombs I'm surprised that to you implicit is synonymous with absolutely. Nonetheless you have to agree that by God's permission, evil exists. For evil to exist without God's permission would God is not absolutely. |

Christianity Etc › Re: The Mystery Of Sins And Forgiveness by Kay17: 12:59pm On May 29, 2016 |
KingEbukasBlog: 1. You do realise that you failed woefully in understanding the meaning of 'spiritual significance '
2. I can't believe kay17 does not understand the concept of freewill . Freewill is not concerned with the consequences of your actions but your ability to exercise the will or make use of the power of choice . Man have been given the carte blanche - the freedom do what he likes , that's the freewill . Now if man likes righteousness then he can be righteous isn't it? And of what use is the physical blood of Jesus to a person who keeps asking for the blood but yet robs and kills innocent people?! |
Christianity Etc › Re: The Mystery Of Sins And Forgiveness by Kay17: 12:44pm On May 29, 2016 |
KingEbukasBlog: The death of Christ is of spiritual significance . No matter how you have shown penitence for one's wrong actions , it won't matter as far as Christ is not involved . That's why you ask for Jesus' blood to wash away your sins .
Christ brought salvation through his death on the cross . Only the saved will make it into God's kingdom See the absurdity in your statement. You are one of those who believe strongly in free will and readily condemn man for his freely willed sins yet you accept the impotence of man's free will in the face of salvation! How come!? And how does blood change a prostitute or a robber or a slave trader?! |
Christianity Etc › Re: The Mystery Of Sins And Forgiveness by Kay17: 12:09pm On May 29, 2016 |
pass111: Jesus died and paid the price for every sin even the ones yet to be committed. As I understand it, Jesus died for our sins didn't imply he died to keep us from sinning. He died for the forgiveness of our sins past, present, and future. As John said, if we claim we have no sin we lie and deceive ourselves (see 1 John 1: . In other words, we still sin but are forgiven. Although we must strive by way of the Holy Spirit that dwells within us not to sin.
So even after receiving him and you go on sinning and unfortunately you die without asking for forgiveness, I guess we all know the aftermath. The purpose of repentance is to turn a new leaf and take a new path towards righteousness. A robber is considered to have repented when he desists from robbing and turns his actions into good. For me, repentance is an action directed towards righteousness and by taking up steps to righteousness, you distance yourself from your prior misdeeds and wickedness. The role of Jesus' death is absurd because in no way is it beneficial aside from conjuring up a commercial tale on how blood equates to money and used to pay for metaphysical goods. Which means a Being other than God himself is being appeased. The only manner Jesus's death would make sense is a martyrdom for the sake of righteousness. That he gave his life for goodness despite the temptation to enjoy the kingdom of man. |

Romance › Re: The Desired Woman (Her Pride, Her Beauty, Her Role and Her Purpose) by Kay17: 6:52pm On May 28, 2016 |
DamabelStudio: Does a woman have a defined purpose? What about her role? Most people have insinuated that the role of a woman is to help the man fulfil his purpose. How true is this?
THE DESIRED WOMAN (HER ROLE AND HER PURPOSE) Some refers to her as the most wanted woman in the world, others calls her the missing rib but I call her the desired woman.
HER INTRO “She has no confidence in charm and beauty but her delight is in the multitude of her many virtues. She is a woman of substance, dignity is her pride, the birds sings her song even the doves learn from her feet. She is a mother figure, a true example to womanhood, able to keep her home from shame and despair.
HER PRIDE No accusation stands in her presence, her lips are sealed while her works proves her innocence. She is the beloved of God and the wife to one in body and soul. Lying lips and covetousness is driving away from her even from her accountable age.
"She is a woman of honour and dignity, blessed with grace and exotic surprises.
She is confident and elegant yet she answers only the call of her man. She lies only in his home and her footprint cannot be found in strange places.
HER BEAUTY She is the hill of frankincense, she is the mountain of myrrh and aloes. She is comely and beautiful and the fruit of her lips melts even the hottest iron.
“She has no confidence in charm and beauty but her delight is in the multitude of her many virtues.
She is the strength of the husband, in the days of adversity she is the voice that is trustworthy, her food delights his soul and even in dim light her countenance heavens. She is good at heart, her vessel is pure to behold, her flower turns red with the dew of the morning. She bears fruits, pleasant fruits even in old age.
THE ROLE OF A DESIRED WOMAN She is the desired woman because her role does not conflict her purpose. She is skillful with craft of home, with wisdom and understanding she speaks and with kindness she wins the heart of her man. Her husband sings her praise in the midst of his peers in daylight, her children’s heart is clothed with joy at her returning.
“The fruits of her hand is plenty, her possession is the song at the mountain top and yet she knows the hour to return home.
She is hospitable and charitable. She owns and nurtures her own vineyard. Her children sings her praise at the city gate. She is priceless, cannot be seduced by material things, she increases in fortune and knows when and where to save. She is good and no evil counsel can be traced to her blossom nor it is retained in her locks. She works eagerly and willingly with her hands. She brings good tidings and calls a gardening for the profiting of the home.
THE PURPOSE OF A DESIRED WOMAN Her glory is her crown, her husband is her glory. She is wise she knows God’s word for herself. She yarns to be fruitful because she understands that children are gifts from God.
She subdues her earth with dominion mandate and her skills and talents are profiting beyond the city gate.
She brings light and salt. She replenishes even that which was void and she brings to life what was dead. she invents because she is intelligent, she leads because she has a mentoring spirit and she guides because she can discern.
SHE IS INDEED THE DESIRED WOMAN. When a woman is married she becomes more than a woman, she is now a wife and even more, she is now a mother. Mothers owns the home, she builds a house and makes it hospitable for all. Mothers nurture life and makes it grow and flourish.
“Dream lofty dreams, and as you dream, so shall you become. Your Vision is the promise of what you shall one day be. —JAMES ALLEN
The father instills love and discipline into the children. The mother spice up this love and discipline with emotional flair so the child won’t be arrogant and proud. A mother teaches a child Coordination, approach, kindness and domestic fluency. A mother teaches a child simplicity, socialization, hospitality and respect. Yes this is what only a mother figure can provide.

Why not Central Govt?
If it must be given to individuals, they should have modular refineries not drilling and selling the crude. No single person or group of individuals should own a well for more than 6yrs.
Would you give them the capital to build refineries and would guarantee security? The reason why multinational oil companies do not bother to build refineries is because of security and possible nationalisation from well meaning patriots like you. |

Let's flip over the head. Majority of shareholders of the Fortune 500 companies provide the capital for the business yet leave the re-creation of this capital to a group of salaried employees - the Board. Now we have the servants of the company ruling the masters below. The employed hands are the entrepreneurs, the innovators and whatever fancy name etc.
Besides is there any human endeavour without the element of creativity? let's us not lose sight of the goals of the Capitalist which is to make more capital regardless of the community's interests. |

Acidosis: Why are some people celebrating the "failure" of NLC strike, at a time they should be worried?
Govt imposed bank charges, zombies digested hook, line, and sinker.
Fashola imposed increased electricity tariff, zombies said Nigeria is broke, so they accepted and digested hook, line and sinker.
Govt imposed fuel hike without due consultations (they know zombies will digest hook, line and sinker), and some people are celebrating?
For those who don't understand the implications of their acts, Government knows they can incite the "people" against Labour (very strange), and here some folks are rejoicing.
When many of you would need Labour, I hope you all won't complain if they decide to keep shut as you all have suggested?
It is well. The government should continue to fractionalize Labour while inciting the people against them.
Meanwhile, as at this morning, NLC said the govt has not sent any invitation for dialogue. The government is still BUSY trying to see the ineffectiveness of Labour, so it can firmly plant its inhumane policies (because Nigeria is broke ) Lol It was no business of the government to fix petrol prices in the first place. |
