I woke up this morning but couldn't say a word of prayers, instead I found myself weeping again. I do hope on God for divine provision and restoration.

It is well.

I was deeply in thought yesterday.
I've had major loss this year and last year.

Can't even afford to prepare nice meal for the festive.

So, I strolled out to just to get fresh air.

Not too far away, I saw a may lying on dusty floor. So unkept. He's definitely a mad man.

What came to my mind was "what could this man be thinking of right now?".

Definitely not clothing, good meal, family, friends, neighbor or anything close to what fills my thought.

So I realised, its just in the thought.
Went back home. Picked the beans left in the house. Got it set for xmas day.

Today, I cooked my bean, got a chilled bottle of malt. That's the best treat I can give myself today.

There's going to be another day.
A more beautiful day.

You've always been afraid of loosing her.

Now that you do, the fear isn't going to leave you any soon.

Even if you get over her, you'll still wish to know how she fare later in the future.

It happens to loyal guys.

When it happened here, it took time to fade.

Action steps; think about the negative traits she have whenever the thought comes in. Think about how bad it'd have been if she follow another man after marriage.

The most effective. Keep long distance. If possible, relocate to another state.

After a few years, the fear will be gone, and when you see her again, you'll relate just as friends.
