Whitemoney is funny and intelligent and comes across as cunning and definitely deserves to win the show. What I don't get is the pity party thrown at him and the hate thrown towards Maria and Pere. Like mad hate thrown towards a lady all because of a simple nomination. They've only be friends for a few days. And had issues before she enter the diary room. So it was expected. Everyone expected it. Thought it'd be the first name out of her mouth. But obviously she had two names she planned she'd call cuz nominating two housemates has always been the norm. The mad hate after is what I don't get.

Everyone don dey move on now and things are happening but seems that single nomination is what people will still keep yapping about. Everything Maria does now, will be seen as manipulative and deceitful. Anything Pere does will be seen as hateful and manipulative as well. It's too early for all of that. How do neutral people even enjoy the show like that.

I raised an alarm in my previous post during Wildcard nominations that HMs were nominating their perceived threats, enemies or people they don't vibe with as Wildcards.

Whiteman did that. He had more than one reason to name Pere as a wildcard. Jealousy? Perceived threat? Uncool vibe/energy between them both? He named Pere because of one or two of these reasons.

The next person is Liquor. Liquorose's outburst of having thousands of followers made her a threat. Hence, the reason Whiteman named her as a threat.

I respect WM for having a mind of his own by naming different people other than the agreed wildcards but did he have to rubbish the efforts and hardworks of these wildcards? I mean, they pulled off their role quite well and we were even amazed at their acting skills, only for Whiteman to want to take all the glory by saying "Maria, I knew you were the wild card but I kept shut because I don't want you to go". He kept saying it to the HMs and viewers as though to Maria was left at his mercy. If I were Maria, I'd get mad too.

1) Whiteman would have approached Maria before the nomination, since they were friends to tell her he knew she was the wild card but won't mention her. He didn't.

2) Whiteman would have said so at the diary room, "my gut feelings says Maria and Pere but I'd mention Pere and Liquorose to save Maria, my friend". He didn't.

3) Maria-Pere-Arin....they went in this way. Whiteman would have nominated Pere and Arin if he knew that Maria was the wildcard and wanted to save her. He didn't. He nominated Pere and Liquorose that was very far away from Pere and who happen to also be a threat.

4) Whiteman would have kept shut immediately it was revealed that Maria and Pere were the wildcards since he has been very sure of that so there shouldn't be any form of surprise, He didn't. Instead, he didn't even allow Pere to fisinsh standing up when he exclaimed, "I knew it!". Who is he fooling? The gullible Nigerians... definitely not me.

So just enjoy the foolery, fakeness, manipulation and gullibility that is inherent in most Nigerians. It's more fun...

I don't think she has done enough to warrant the huge hate people are placing on her. At least not yet.
I have a feeling people are just very averse to her "in your face" attitude and the "rings" she has in her piercings...

Her attitude is not as harsh as some of the attitudes we see here on Nairaland. Twas so funny to hear us vexing that she called someone trash when people call each other trash or even worse on the daily here on Nairaland.

Same way people think Maria was condescending when she said Beatrice was too boring to be a wildcard. Does this mean we don't expect Maria to have an opinion?

But on the other hand, when Niyi said Arin had a low esteem, we rushed in to agree to or correct his analysis but did not necessarily think he was rude or condescending..

3 housemates who have "character assassinated" three other housemates but 3 different reactions from us. Obviously, liking or disliking a person seems to affect how we react to them or their comments.

Make we dey watch sha. It will be very interesting to see if the viewers will warm towards her or hate her to the very end of her journey in the house...

I watched the video and I must say, I think the man was right.

Some might say he should not have taken it out on the ladies who just want to fly the flag and represent their country but the man made few salient points.

Football is now a global Force. If we paint that all is well in Nigeria, we do a great disservice to the hundreds dying everyday under the mayhem of the mismanagement of the current administration.

He is an old time footballer, he is letting us know that it is wrong for Nigerian youths to play for the country.

Flying the flag under and evil Government is the same thing as supporting them.
