pls someone help o, I submitted my passport for expired vignate and the ukvi sent me a message stating my lead applicant course date have now passed and that they have contacted the lead applicant for new course dates, and nw my lead applicant sent a message to her school and they sent her a letter stating that she is still an active student to send to d ECO but we don't knw where to send it to. pls anybody knows how we can go about it. because she is nw with the letter but nowhere to send it to and no number. or should I take it to d VAC to submit it myself help o.

Our commercial partner websites will detail next steps on the relevant geographical pages for each VAC: TLS contact (https://uk.tlscontact.com/) if you’re in Europe, Africa and parts of the Middle East VFS global (https://www.vfsglobal.co.uk/) for all other countries. no I have not heard anything from them, pertaining d email I think it might b an error or I don't knw just hoping everything goes well.

I submitted my passport for vignette renewal and got the same email you got. How were you able to work around it? What exactly have you done to rectify it? Will be waiting for your prompt response.

I just don't knw what to do since they said u should ignore the message if I have submitted my passport, but I already contacted my wife to in case of any information so she said she contacted d sch but still waiting for mail, I think because they are starting new course dats y they sent us d mail, but I don't want to bother myself with it again, because is like dis pple want to give me b.p but I reject it for them. GOD IS IN CONTROL.

This can be distressing. Probably a misunderstanding on the part of the ECO. Things like this sometimes happen. You will need to get more documents from the main applicant to convince them that the program is till 2022. Probably a recent letter from the school.

I submitted the applicant CAS letter and the end date is there 2022

My understanding of the above is that the programme of the main applicant has ended. If that is not the case,you need a letter from the main applicant's school to endorse that the program is still in progress. It could be the details you gave did not convince the ECO that the main applicant is still studying.Some other persons may give better explanation.

I have already been granted a visa and I just submitted my passport for expired vignate and the program ends 2022.its just so confusing after granting me visa and nw this.

pls anyone with idea can help got this message today from ukvi and don't understand what they mean by lead applicant course date have now passed. because I was granted visa in march and it expired because of the covid19 so anyone with idea pls oooooo help

I didnt say passport photo. Your international passport, 2 photocopies of bio data page and visa page are all was needed for ikeja centre

Yes, I submitted today for vignette replacement in Lagos. Also they're accepting new applications.

pls for the vignette replacement are we to go only with our passport or with all the documents we used in the application process?

According to Tlscontact, they dont make decisions on Visa, so they weren't helpful on the duration for replacement. So we just wait, hope and pray its soon enough

Good day house pls the expired 30days vignatte has anybody returned his/her passport for it to be rescheduled because I wish to go to the embassy tommorow to submit my passport, and I will like to know how long they will b holding the passport. Thanks

Everybody is in the same situation as you. Nobody has heard from CIH at least not in Nigerian. You are to take your passport to the VAC you submitted your previous application when they reopen i.e from week of July 27th bearing in mind they only work 3 days per week(Tuesdays, Wednesdays, thursdays). For confirmation check gov.uk website, it was updated today.

After sending an email to CIH, you submit your passport when VAC reopens. You will be contacted for passport collection when it's ready.

I have sent an email to them for more than two weeks now but no reply from them, can I take my passport to VAC dis week b4 they resume? or I should wait till the VAC open.

The email doesn't automatically put the new vignette on your passport. You'd still have to submit your passport and mail from UKVI at the VAC after which the VAC transfers your passport to the BHC for vignette printing.

They aren't taking applications yet. A friend with a Tier 1 vignette is currently waiting for when the VACs will be open to applications to apply for a replacement vignette.

Only those with expired 30-days vignette will be able to apply for new vignettes to enable them travel. Nothing has been said about replacing non-immigrant visas which weren't used as a result of Covid-19.
