24th has been declared public holiday by FG to mark an Islamic feast. wouldn't this affect those scheduled for test on that day?.. or would it still be business as usual? my concern is borne on the heels that no contrary message has been sent to us on this regard.. any body with inside or speculative knowledge as to my concerns should please kindly offer assistance. thanks in anticipation
