I and a friend in a taxi saw this dude, he looked effeminate and a visible protuding n/i/p/p/le. It is possible the protuding b/r/e/a/s/t could be a case of gynecomastia, but the way he cat-walked gave him away. I was so sure of his sex(being male) because of his head size, shape and hair distribution.
my questions are
1. is he aware that he his really acting that way or he doesn't?
2. If he knows, how comfortable do u think they are considering how so conspicuous they are?
3. What is the explanation of this nature? Is it learnt, genetic...?

Mr anatomy, you were incorrect with your conclusion. Its a given that the body requires resources and days(about 64days) to pay back the used semen. But u should not forget that intestinal epithelial cells, blood cells, dermal cells... are constantly being slowed of and replaced. The human sperm is specifically design for the purpose of creation and nothing more, so abound is it multiplying ability that a store house (epididymes) exist. No where in medical record is it stipulated that excessive sperm loss reduces life span while other things being equal(diet, health, exercise...)

The reason for going that far to change gender isn't fun for transgendr people. Upon making my findings, I discovered that before the sex change, they feel their body/soul(as u might put it) is occupying a contrary gender.

Dentistry is a 6yrs durationaL course leading to the award of BDS(bachelor of Dental Surgery).then followed by one year housemanship + one year NYSC. The BDS degre is not a classified one, unlike other course of study that award first class,secend class upper and lower...(A doctor is a doctor, inrespective)
First year involves basic sciences(phy,chm,bio,math etc). In this class, they are often regarded as pre-med student. A required persantage is allowed into the med schl upon successfl performance.
Second year(part 1) entail anatomy,phy and biochem. Succesfl performance at the professional exam lead to part 11
Third year(part 11) entails pathology and pharmacology and oral biology
Forth year entails medicine,surgery,radiology, anaesthetics, opthalmology,etc except obstetrics amd gyne
Fifth and sixth year is the dental cousre proper.

The whole course structure is so overwhelming and bulky,that i must confess. Persistent study and determination is the impetus needed. The training to become a dentist requires time sacrifice, it is the most bulky and resource tasking among all medical courses. But the gains following d dental practise upon graduatiion is worth taking the drill for.

I was also affected and Likewise some ondo students over here too. I heard this aint first time its. Happening. Can anyone who was affected in d. Past be of help here
