Part of my 2018 resolution/ to-do is to acquire an ICT skill. I have basic computer knowledge and I'll like to learn more. I did some research and I'll like to learn software programming, web designing and its other package

So please recommend a good and practical ICT centre that can offer me sure quality training for my money. Preferably within Alimosho/Akowonjo area of Lagos i.e Not beyond dopemu roundabout and not beyond Idinmu, somewhere in/near Abule-odu is okay, within Egbeda area is also okay.
