i did.

Someone is saying courier fee of N18,710 need to be paid per individual. Dont know if is ok, because i paid 18,710 for the full package (including my wife and 3 kids), not per individuals

After i received the PPR letter
I sent both passports via DHL to VFS Abuja (Both in the same envelope). All documents requested including the payment receipts enclosed in the envelope

I received email 3 days after that my passport was receiving attention at IRCC office Abuja

it took about 10 days for me to receive the passport back

Please do you mean you later paid the 37,420 to VFS again for the collection or thats what you paid when you were submitting the passport?

I sent an email to VFS on Wednesday for them to send me the UPS tracking number but they are yet to respond.

Is there any other way i can get the UPS tracking number?

Can you share with me what you need to send to VFS for the passport collection, and how you made payment for courier delivery pls

On a lighter note, disregard the information you encounter on the VFS site. It is unnecessary to schedule an appointment for passport submission. Instead, gather all the required documents, make the necessary transmission fee payment, and utilize the services of Speedpost (such as DHL and UPS) for courier purposes. Pay for the round-trip courier service, and then patiently await the delivery of your passports to your designated address. I have two recommendations to offer:

Opt for the two-way courier service provided by DHL.
If you desire a prompt return of your passport, regardless of where you completed your biometric process, send it to Abuja.

VFS doesn't allow 2 ways courier anymore either you send through courier to their office and opt for VFS courier pay service or you should walk-in

I paid about 19k to UPS earlier when sending the package and i thought is for 2-way delivery.
The package inlude my passport and that of my 3 kids. Am i suppose to pay differently for each passport now, or just for the full package.
and how much could that be and how do i send the payment proof to them.
Ijust confuse!!!
BUT I PAID THE PACKAGE TRANSMISSION EARLIER

PLEASE I NEED HELP HERE
I submitted my passport to VFS through UPS Courier,to Abuja, i paid transmission fees and 2-way courier fees to UPS.
But i just got this mail fron VFS now that passport is ready for collection, and they are also quoting other things as seen in the screen shot.
Please guys i do not understand what they mean. Kindly help me for more explanation because it seems they are asking for payment.

Your best bet is to re-confirm with them again. But at the same time, did they not send you tracking number or something you can use to track? You may ask them to assist with it.

I used the tracking number, and is only showing "Delivered". But no information from VFS

Yes, you can submit in person at Lagos VFS. I submitted in person 2 days ago!
I don’t really know anything about the delays tho.

You can bypass the whole appointment thing by using courier to submit (I used UPS) u can use them or DHL (Both is good). You don’t need appointments to use them, and u will get ur passport back in let’s say 2 weeks time.

My wife have up to 30th of this month to submit passport to VFS.
She booked appointment with vfs abuja (but did biometric in lagos) and they are giving her 20th of this month and there is no account number to pay the transmission fee. Also the date they gave her is too far. Don't know what to do. There are lots of complaints about unnecessary delay at lagos vfs.
Can she just submit in person at Lagos . Is it allowed.
