PoliticsPolice Arrest 17 Alleged Killer Herdsmen With Sophisticated Weapons In Kaduna by Kemperor(op): 11:46pm On Feb 02, 2017
- The Nigeria Police has paraded 17 suspects allegedly involved in the recent killings in Kafanchan, Kaduna state

- The Nigeria police spokesman, Jimoh Moshood, discloses that the suspects were arrested after discreet and sustained investigation by the police.

- Moshood says the suspects will be charged to court on completion of investigation

The suspects being paraded by the police before journalists in Abuja.

Seventeen suspects allegedly involved in the recent killings in Kafanchan, Kaduna state have been arrested by the Nigeria Police.

The suspects were on Thursday, February 2, presented before journalists in Abuja.

The Nigeria police spokesman, Jimoh Moshood, said the suspects were arrested after discreet and sustained investigation by the police, Premium Times reports

Moshood disclosed that 29 assorted firearms were recovered from the suspects.

The police spokesman said the suspects would be charged to court on completion of investigation for inciting public disturbance, disturbance of public peace, causing mischief by fire, theft and unlawful possession of prohibited fire arms.

Also speaking on the arrest, Governor Malam Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna state through his twitter handle, @elrufai, said the police gave the suspects to be Fulani herdsmen and natives of Southern Kaduna.

The names of the suspects arrested in Kafanchan and Environs who were paraded are:

1) Magaji Shuaib (2)Abdulkareem Abdul (3) Goma Adamu 4. Danlami Yakubu 5. Danjuma Barde 6.) Idris Bello 7. Samuel Joshua 8. Haruna Iliyasu 9. Hassan Idris 10. Adamu Haruna 11. Suleiman Saleh 12. Adamu Umar 13. Abubakar Muhammadu 14. Muhammadu Jori 15. Nelson Paul 16. Bulus Jatau and 17. Danjuma Barde.

The police spokesman said the Inspector-General of Police had assured communities in Southern Kaduna of adequate security and protection of their lives and property.

He urged them to be law abiding and cooperate with police personnel deployed in their localities.

The violence in Kafanchan is part of the larger Southern Kaduna violence that has claimed the life of over 200 people in recent months.

The state government has had to impose 24-hour curfew on some of the affected local governments to prevent further violence.

The violence has mainly been between Fulani herdsmen and host, largely farming, communities.

Meanwhile, Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna state has said that the Southern Kaduna crises have continued for the past 35 years because the culprits have neither been punished nor prosecuted for their crimes.

El-Rufai made the disclosure on Tuesday, January 31, when the Senate committee set up to investigate the Southern Kaduna crisis paid him a courtesy call, The New Telegraph reports.

The Governor warned the perpetrators of the violence they will be punished this time around.

HealthWoman Left With 59 Inch Bottom After Illegal Butt Shot Pumping Party by Kemperor(op): 8:19am On Feb 01, 2017
BOOTY is everything for economics graduate Courtney Barnes who has a whopping 59 inches of bottom after attending pump party to enhance her rear.

Brainy Courtney Barnes has turned her back on her economic training to make money flaunting her 59 inch booty online.
The Miami lass underwent three rounds of illegal 'butt shots' six years ago at one of the thousands of illegal "pumping parties" held in the U.S.
Although the end product was much bigger than she expected, the 32-year-old cam-girl and model is using her super-sized butt to her financial benefit. It comes just days after speculation around Melania Trump's 'plastic surgery make-over'.
Courtney said: "I want to show men, women, and children that it is possible to be beautiful, smart, and have a big ass."

Courtney initially decided to have the illegal silicone injections after working as a dancer whilst studying.
She admired the curvaceous figures of other dancers and decided to enhance her own bottom using the dangerous black-market methods.
Courtney said: "It was a risk I was willing to take at the time and I was lucky not to have any complications.
The injections regularly contain unknown substances as well as silicone, and are often administered by people with no medical expertise.
And if the substance is accidentally injected into a vein, it can cause death within minutes as the solution travels to the lungs.
Bum injections: The economics grad now makes her money from the internet
Courtney said: "Many people ask me 'are these injections dangerous?' And the answer is yes. "Even if it isn't fatal immediately you don't know how it is affecting your body. These are very dangerous products that are being injected.
"I don't know for sure what they injected me with. But when I got it, she said it was like some hydrogel, some kind of silicone that they normally put in gummy bear implants.
"You don't know how your body is going to react. It is still something foreign that's in your body. It's a gamble."
Despite her lucrative earnings, Courtney says her huge posterior means that people don't take her seriously and over-sexualise her.
She said: "I feel like having a really big butt or having really big boobs, you are completely over-sexualized.
"People only want to buy something sexual from you and only want to consider you in that way but I actually have a brain and I'm very business-minded.

"People stare at me everywhere I go and not every reaction is positive. I feel like women are intimidated by me and men view me as a piece of meat.
"I'm actually quite a shy person and being looked at constantly can make me feel uncomfortable sometimes.
"Two times in my life I've had guys pumping gas at the gas station and they are watching me and they drive off with pump in their car. It's crazy, they just lose focus."
Although her path from scholar to cam-girl has been unconventional, Courtney credits her studies for equipping her with the knowledge to turn her bottom into a lucrative business.
She said: "What I do may be different, but my product is myself right now and my bottom is basically my bread and butter."

PoliticsWhy I Joined APC – Ken Nnamani by Kemperor(op): 8:47am On Jan 23, 2017
Ihuoma Chiedozie, Enugu

A former Senate President, Chief Ken Nnamani, on Sunday formally joined the All Progressives Congress.

Nnamani was a member of the Peoples Democratic Party.

The former Senate President, who is currently the head of the Electoral Reform Committee set up by President Muhammadu Buhari, registered as a member of the APC at his country home in Amechi-Uwani, in Enugu South Local Government Area of Enugu State.

The development followed the commencement of the party’s re-registration exercise in Enugu State and other parts of the South-East.

The PUNCH had exclusively reported that the APC in the South-East was embarking on a fresh registration, following the crash of the party’s database in the zone, which led to the disappearance of records of registered members.

Nnamani’s registration was witnessed by some leaders of the party in the zone, including the Vice Chairman, APC South-East, Chief Emma Eneukwu; Director-General, Voice of Nigeria, Mr. Osita Okechukwu; Chairman, Enugu State chapter of the party, Dr. Ben Nwoye; and the chairman of the registration committee, Rev. Tony Ibeabuchi.

A bunch of brooms was presented to Nnamani after he registered as a member of the APC.

Addressing the gathering of APC members who witnessed the event, Nnamani said he was joining the ‘winners’, adding that he would not mind if his action was interpreted as ‘opportunism’.

“I like to identify with potential winners, if that makes me an opportunist, so be it,” Nnamani said.

The former Senate President said it was a thing of joy for him to join “those who have kept the flag of the APC flying.”

Although he added that he would make his reasons for joining the APC known during a public declaration, which is planned for a later date, Nnamani explained that he had left the PDP since February 6, 2016.

He said he had been on a ‘political sabbatical’ since then.

Stressing that ‘one cannot remain without a political party,” Nnamani said he had to join the APC, which he said had more chances of delivering the dividends of democracy to Nigerians than his former party, the PDP.

He declared that the PDP was dead.

But he also observed that the APC was not perfect.

He said, “In the politics of our nation, if you look carefully and read between the lines, you will not ask somebody who is on his way back from the market to buy something for you, such a person will not get anything for you; but if you ask somebody who is on his way to the market to buy something for you, he is more likely to get it for you.

“I noticed that the APC has all it takes, but it is not perfect yet. We will join hands to make it near perfect.”

Nnamani said his decision to join the APC was informed by his conscience.

He explained, “I am acting according to my conscience; many people will criticise me that I am abandoning a party that helped me to attain a high level politically. February 6, 2016, was the day I left the PDP and went into political sabbatical.

“Our (Nigeria’s) constitution does not allow independent candidates; so, I cannot remain ‘partyless’.

“Now that change is going on in the country, one cannot remain rigid.”

Nnamani argued that it would be better for the Igbo to join the APC.

He noted, “The South-East has a role to play in our nation; we can’t play that role from outside. We have to be inside to play our role in Nigeria.

“Even if we want to ask that imbalances in the country should be corrected, we have to ask for that from inside.

“You cannot stay outside to criticise; it is not about being confrontational.

“I am not condemning any party or anybody, but since you cannot be an independent candidate, you have to join a political party, even if it is not yet perfect.

“But then, even those who stayed 16 years (in power) could not achieve perfection; so, we have a better chance to support a party we can help and build to achieve perfection.”

Noting that political parties were like churches and markets, he said nobody should be prevented from joining.

“I am not hiding it that I want to identify with the APC, and I will do that boldly. In time, I will tell my supporters that this is where the road is,” Nnamani said.

The former Senate President warned those who had ulterior motives against joining the APC.

He said, “Don’t play the role of the APC in the day and the PDP at night; you should not join the APC because you are running from one tribunal or the other.”

Nnamani urged members of the APC to encourage others to join their fold.

“Encourage others to register; you have no reason to block anybody from registering, even if you don’t like his face.

“A party is as strong as the members. In a church, if the membership is going down, a good church administrator will encourage new members so that he can get more tithe,” he said.

The APC chairman in Enugu State, Nwoye, said the occasion was the party’s proudest moment in the South-East.

“Today is the proudest moment of the APC in Igboland; today, that dream of ‘change’ begins to manifest in the South-East,” he added.
PoliticsAlleged $17bn Stolen Crude: Reps Issue Shell, NIMASA, Others Two-week Ultimatum by Kemperor(op): 8:35am On Jan 23, 2017
John Ameh, Abuja

An ad hoc committee of the House of Representatives has given several International Oil Companies and the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mr. Abubakar Malami, two weeks to produce documents in respect of the ongoing investigation into the $17bn worth of Nigeria’s crude oil said to have been stolen from undeclared exports between 2011 and 2014.

The PUNCH on Sunday learnt that many Federal Government agencies were also affected by the ultimatum.

Findings showed that over 16 IOCs had yet to respond to the committee’s enquiries many weeks after the probe opened on December 7, 2016.

The committee, which is chaired by a member of the All Progressives Congress from Adamawa State, Mr. Abdulrazak Namdas, named Shell (US) Trading Company; Mobil Producing Nigeria; Chevron Nigeria Limited; ESSO Exploration and Production Nigeria; EXXONMOBIL; Brass Oil Services Company Nigeria Limited; and Consolidated Oil Limited as some of the IOCs keeping the committee waiting.

The list also includes Star Deep Water Petroleum Limited; Supreme Jute and Kntex Limited; and Duke Oil Company Limited.

Investigations also indicated that out of the more than 12 Federal Government agencies that the committee asked to respond to enquiries, only six had responded as of Sunday.

Key agencies, which the committee considers as “vital” to the investigation, had yet to respond as of Sunday.

Among them are the DPR and the Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas Limited which requested “extension of time.”

Others are the Nigerian Ports Authority; Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency; National Petroleum Investment Management Services; the Nigerian Navy; and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

Namdas confirmed to The PUNCH on Sunday that there were “attempts to frustrate” the work of the committee, stating that lawmakers would remain focussed.

He added, “We have written them and the point has been made that it will be two weeks’ ultimatum.

“There won’t be any more extension of time for them to produce the documents because Nigerians are interested in the outcome of this investigation.

“After two weeks, the committee will resort to using the National Assembly full powers of investigation enshrined in sections 88/89 of the 1999 Constitution (as amended).”

The development confirmed an exclusive story by The PUNCH on January 6 that the failure of the IOCs and key government agencies to respond to the committee’s enquiries had delayed the take-off of the public hearing on the alleged crude and gas theft.

The committee alleged that the MDAs reportedly played a “colluding role in the whole crude theft saga because it was primarily their responsibility to ensure that the country’s interest was protected.”

As of January 1, most of the agencies produced what committee sources described as “sketchy information”, forcing the panel to write them afresh, giving a two-week ultimatum to affected IOCs and agencies to submit detailed documents.

The House resolution in December had ordered the probe after lawmakers established evidence of “fraudulent transactions and irregularities” in crude and gas exports within the period under review.

For example, the committee is reviewing a 2013 report, produced by Molecular Power System (Nigeria) Limited, a firm engaged by former President Goodluck Jonathan to look into records of crude oil and liquefied natural gas lifting in Nigeria.

Part of the information at the disposal of the committee put the figure of undeclared crude shortfalls between 2011 and 2014 at 57,830,000 barrels.

“This translates to well over $12bn worth of crude shipped to the United States. Also, over $3bn worth was shipped to China and $839,522,600 worth of crude was taken to Norway.

“These figures were conclusively ascertained by buyers, bill of lading, arrival dates, destination ports, quantity of crude oil and other documented information,” the document stated.

The US was listed as the leading destination for the crude out of the 51 countries that received crude exports from Nigeria within the period.

“The report was made available to the former President, Office of the AGF, NIMASA, and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, and that as of today (2016), the country has to its credit over $17bn of recoverable shortfalls from undeclared crude oil exports to global destinations,” it added.

In the case of LNG shortfalls, the document noted a loss of “727,460 metric tonnes, estimated at about $461m, was firmly established shortfall from shipment to seven countries.”

It added, “These have been established as undeclared cargoes.”

The PUNCH learnt that the House was keen on carrying out the investigation because the money involved was enough to finance the 2017 budget, put at N7.29tn.

PoliticsKill Any Fulani Herdsman You Find Around Me Or My Church - Fiery Apostle Suleman by Kemperor(op): 10:47pm On Jan 21, 2017
A video has emerged of fiery senior pastor of the Omega Fire Ministries Worldwide, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has emerged in which he asked his church members to deal ruthlessly with any Fulani herdsman whose mission is to attack him or the church.

The video that is currently trending online had Pastor Suleman revealing to church members how someone called him and told him about a plan by some Fulani herdsmen to attack him either on the road or in his church.

Though it is not immediately known when he was recorded giving the instruction, some reports claim it was during the service of Sunday, January 15th, 2017.

“Somebody called me and told me that there is a plan to send Fulani herdsmen after you and I said ok and the person said I should be careful and I said careful of what.

“He said the herdsmen are just going to run into the road like herdsmen and begin to cause confusion and while your security men clear them and you come out, they will open fire.

“I said okay. After about a week, he called me and said please, if you don’t do that, they might bring them to come around church premises. I said its okay. And I told my people, any Fulani herdsman you see around you, kill him.

“I have told them in the church here, that any Fulani herdsman that just entered by mistake, Kill him, Kill Him. Cut his head. If they are busy killing Christians and nothing is happening, we will kill them and nothing will happen,” he said in the video.

There had been continued attacks by suspected Fulani herdsmen in the southern part of Kaduna with the governor declaring curfew at intervals.

PoliticsDon’t Ignore Calls To Restructure Nigeria by Kemperor(op):
A former governor of old Kaduna State, Alhaji Balarabe Musa, has advised the Federal Government not to ignore calls to restructure the country into viable regions.

In a goodwill message at the 18th annual convention of the Igbo Youth Movement, held on Friday in Enugu, Musa said the country as presently administered along state lines had become `un-viable.’

He said that emphasis needed to be placed on true fiscal federalism and a reversal to regional structures in order to engender even development across the country.

“As presently constituted, the states are virtually all un-viable entities, which are incapable of continuing to exist as viable constituent units of a true federal structure.

“Reverting, to say, a six regional federal structure would reduce the competitive pressure for power at the centre and redirect more attention to regional political competencies,” he said.

Musa said that there was little doubt that the Igbo ethnic nationality like many others had a raw deal in the Nigeria project.

“This had been particularly so since the conclusion of the unfortunate Nigerian Civil War and the failure of the state to continue to be faithful to the policy of ‘no victor’, ‘no vanquished.’

“At best, the policy of reconstruction, rehabilitation and reconciliation has not been diligently pursued by successive federal administrations.

“I would like to congratulate the IYM for choosing to conduct this dialogue within the context and parameters of national unity and not secessionist disaggregation,” Musa said.

Also speaking, a former governor of Anambra, Mr Peter Obi, said that the cost of governance had become `ridiculous and unacceptable.’

Obi said that Nigerians must work for the common good of the country and needed to resolve to shape Nigeria the way it should be.

PoliticsPresident Trump’s Inaugural Speech (complete Speech) by Kemperor(op): 8:27pm On Jan 20, 2017
“Chief Justice Roberts, President Carter, President Clinton, President Bush, President Obama, fellow Americans, and people of the world, thank you.

We, the citizens of America, are now joined in a great national effort to rebuild our country and restore its promise for all of our people. Together we will determine the course of America and the world for many, many years to come. We will face challenges. We will confront hardships, but we will get the job done.

Every four years we gather on these steps to carry out the orderly and peaceful transfer of power, and we are grateful to President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama for their gracious aid throughout this transition. They have been magnificent. Thank you.

Today’s ceremony, however, has very special meaning because today we are not merely transferring power from one administration to another or from one party to another, but we are transferring power from Washington, D.C. and giving it back to you, the people.

For too long, a small group in our nation’s capital has reaped the rewards of government while the people have borne the cost. Washington flourished, but the people did not share in its wealth.

Politicians prospered, but the jobs left and the factories closed. The establishment protected itself but not the citizens of our country. Their victories have not been your victories. Their triumphs have not been your triumphs, and while they celebrated in our nation’s capital, there was little to celebrate for struggling families all across our land.

That all changes starting right here and right now, because this moment is your moment. It belongs to you. It belongs to everyone gathered here today and everyone watching all across America. This is your day, this is your celebration, and this, the United States of America, is your country.

What truly matters is not which party controls our government, but whether our government is controlled by the people. Jan. 20, 2017, will be remembered as the day the people became the rulers of this nation again.

The forgotten men and women of our country will be forgotten no longer. Everyone is listening to you now. You came by the tens of millions to become part of an historic movement, the likes of which the world has never seen before. At the center of this movement is a crucial conviction that a nation exists to serve its citizens.

Americans want great schools for their children, safe neighborhoods for their families and good jobs for themselves. These are just and reasonable demands of righteous people and a righteous public, but for too many of our citizens, a different reality exists.

Mothers and children trapped in poverty in our inner cities, rusted-out factories scattered like tombstones across the landscape of our nation. An education system flush with cash but which leaves our young and beautiful students deprived of all knowledge. And the crime and the gangs and the drugs that have stolen too many lives and robbed our country of so much unrealized potential.

This American carnage stops right here and stops right now. We are one nation, and their pain is our pain. Their dreams are our dreams, and their success will be our success. We share one heart, one home, and one glorious destiny. The oath of office I take today is an oath of allegiance to all Americans.

For many decades we’ve enriched foreign industry at the expense of American industry, subsidized the armies of other countries while allowing for the very sad depletion of our military. We’ve defended other nations’ borders while refusing to defend our own and spent trillions and trillions of dollars overseas while America’s infrastructure has fallen into disrepair and decay. We’ve made other countries rich while the wealth, strength and confidence of our country has dissipated over the horizon.

One by one, the factories shuttered and left our shores with not even a thought about the millions and millions of American workers that were left behind. The wealth of our middle class has been ripped from their homes and then redistributed all across the world. But that is the past and now we are looking only to the future.

We assembled here today are issuing a new decree to be heard in every city, in every foreign capital and in every hall of power. From this day forward, a new vision will govern our land. From this day forward, it’s going to be only America first. America first.

Every decision on trade, on taxes, on immigration, on foreign affairs will be made to benefit American workers and American families. We must protect our borders from the ravages of other countries making our products, stealing our companies and destroying our jobs. Protection will lead to great prosperity and strength.

I will fight for you with every breath in my body, and I will never, ever let you down. America will start winning again. Winning like never before. We will bring back our jobs. We will bring back our borders. We will bring back our wealth. And we will bring back our dreams.

We will build new roads and highways and bridges and airports and tunnels and railways all across our wonderful nation. We will get our people off of welfare and back to work rebuilding our country with American hands and American labor.

We will follow two simple rules: Buy American and hire American. We will seek friendship and good will with the nations of the world, but we do so with the understanding that it is the right of all nations to put their own interests first.

We do not seek to impose our way of life on anyone, but rather to let it shine as an example. We will shine for everyone to follow. We will reinforce old alliances and form new ones and unite the civilized world against radical Islamic terrorism, which we will eradicate completely from the face of the earth.

At the bedrock of our politics will be a total allegiance to the United States of America, and through our loyalty to our country, we will rediscover our loyalty to each other. When you open your heart to patriotism, there is no room for prejudice. The Bible tells us how good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity.

We must speak our minds openly, debate our disagreements honestly, but always pursue solidarity. When America is united, America is totally unstoppable. There should be no fear. We are protected, and we will always be protected. We will be protected by the great men and women of our military and law enforcement and most importantly, we will be protected by God.

Finally, we must think big and dream even bigger. In America, we understand that a nation is only living as long as it is striving.

We will no longer accept politicians who are all talk and no action constantly complaining but never doing anything about it. The time for empty talk is over. Now arrives the hour of action. Do not allow anyone to tell you that it cannot be done. No challenge can match the heart and fight and spirit of America. We will not fail. Our country will thrive and prosper again.

We stand at the birth of a new millennium ready to unlock the histories of space, to free the earth from the miseries of disease and to harness the energies, industries and technologies of tomorrow. A new national pride will lift our sights and heal our divisions. It’s time to remember that old wisdom our soldiers will never forget, that whether we are black or brown or white, we all bleed the same red blood of patriots.

We all enjoy the same glorious freedoms, and we all salute the same great American flag. And whether a child is born in the urban sprawl of Detroit or the wind-swept plains of Nebraska, they look up at the same night sky. They fill their heart with the same dreams, and they are infused with the breath of life by the same almighty creator.

So to all Americans in every city near and far, small and large, from mountain to mountain, from ocean to ocean, hear these words. You will never be ignored again. Your voice, your hopes and your dreams will define our American destiny. And your courage and goodness and love will forever guide us along the way.

Together we will make America strong again. We will make America wealthy again. We will make America proud again. We will make America safe again. And, yes, together, we will make America great again. Thank you. God bless you and God bless America! Thank you. God bless America.”
