Buhari has nothing to explain to Nigerians . If you feel the result is fake then go to court or shut the hell up
This is an irresponsible statement and if you actually wish the best for Buhari, then you should never repeat it.

If you feel Buhari has nothing to explain to Nigerians, or is above reproach, then why is he vying for the seat of the presidency? You shot your oga on the foot.
If he can't even come out and explain himself to the same people he's begging for their votes, over this minor issue, then how would the country trust him to honestly preside over the collective interest of 170 million people? Is this the same way he felt he had nothing to explain to Nigerians when he was summoned by the Oputa Panel?
If you know what's good for you and your oga, never repeat that statement you just made. It's a very reckless one, and it sets you up for greater PR destruction.

PoliticsRe: Official: Forgery Legalized In Nigeria Courtesy GMB by Kenai: 9:22pm On Jan 21, 2015
The release says he took the exams at "Class Six".
But how is it possible? There was no "Class Six" (SS3) in 1961.
Even up until the 1980's, secondary education ended at Class Five (SS2). You can ask anyone old enough.
So, how was it possible for Buhari to have studied to Class Six when it was non-existent during the 60's?
I think someone just goofed at their forgery game.

But why did'nt you guys see this in the 2003, 2007, 2011 elections? or because its obvious hes going to win this time?

Listen up boy you can go shove your head in a hippo's butt if you don't like the man. Buhari "the stark illiterate" is gonna be your president come May!! The earlier you started embracing that reality, the better for you and Jonathan.
This rhetoric has been used by APC apologists, and is, quite frankly, hackneyed.
Buhari was able to contest and get away with it in 2003, 2007 and 2011 because the Freedom of Information bill hadn't been signed, AND the Electoral Act hadn't been ammended to demand that an applicant MUST provide proof of his stated qualification(s) before he/she is allowed to run for office.

So whether you like it or not, you must give credit to Goodluck Jonathan's administration for ensuring that, at least to an extent, accountability is adhered to.

NO more public office for uneducated Fulani cattle-herders who rise to power through very questionable means.

NO more Quota system and patronage of mediocrity.

Nigeria is for EVERY NIGERIAN, and no ethnic group should be given unfair advantage at the expense of merit.
Whether you're from an ethnic group of 30 million, you shall be given no special treatment over and above a person from an ethnic group of 12,000.

This is the New Nigeria.
If you don't like it, SECEDE!

I say this because this is just an election, after now situations may arise where we may have to deal or interact (on or offline) with some of the people who do not share our viewpoints. It is best we keep things civil and respectful.

Keep up with your nice posts though.

No amount of propaganda and lies will make the General not to win the elections. This is 2015 and not 1984.
Besides, how many refineries have Jonathan built? He cannot even maintain the existing ones built in the government which Buhari served as a minister of petroleum.

Nonsense!!

Sai Buhari!!
No responsible government that wishes to embrace an Open Market economy would be running oil refineries in the 21st century.
Jonathan's team is working on taking those refineries off the government's hands and into the hands of private sector, because it's the more logical thing to do.
The Soviet Union was a superstate that had its refineries run by the government. Do you want to know what happened to them in the end?

Berem, you're an economic illiterate who knows nothing about the intricacies of building a developing economy in a 21st century superstate like Nigeria, so shut the f0ck up and stick to selling your curtains!

I heard about this trade by barter system adopted by Buhari and most people who spoke about it called the move a genius move that even forced the United Kingdom back into opening up trade links with Nigeria.

The economy of the nation at that time was quite complex I learnt.. With so many international sanctions and trade restrictions against Nigeria, he had to come up with a plan and this barter system was it..
Actually, his poor international relations (as a result of the human rights violations) brought nothing but sanctions to the country until he resorted to mortgaging our future with his retrogressive barter trade as well as minting more money. So I wonder where the fake story about his "slashing inflation" came from.

Thank God his regime lasted less than 2 years; otherwise, we would have been another North Korea by now.
You can quote me on that.

when you keep listening to a lie for a longtime, it begins to appear as the truth to you.
The fact that buhari messed up and didn't live up to expectations, leaves them in a hopeless situation.

pls Mr barcanista learn to concede defeat like a good sportsman, over flogging the truth to dent it into what you want people to believe will end up making you a caricature.

you lost this one, although I still enjoy your analysis on other topics, but defending buhari's economic policies is not something that will make you look less intelligent.

jona has not been the best but don't twist facts to suit the people's general.
I swear, I'm so ready for these people.
For many years, they've been misinforming the public with ENDLESS LAYERS of LIES.
But as they say, facts are sacred!

Already, the buffoons are doing the best they can to like their own posts on the first page using their multiple Nairaland handles, but they shall be exposed.

I'm going to keep humiliating these liars one by one, and every fake story they've tried to spin to deceive the public about this coupist bastard, shall be exposed.

So far:

* Buhari slashed inflation - BUSTED
* Buhari's daughter is married to an Igbo man - BUSTED
* Buhari built refineries - BUSTED
* Buhari was not corrupt - BUSTED
* Buhari actually imported our refined oil - REVEALED
* Buhari has a Master's Degree - BUSTED

And even with the way things are going, the lid might soon be blown open to reveal that Buhari actually never had any O-Level certificate to begin with. If it turns out to be true, then it would mean he was never supposed to be a General in the first place.

Now, tell me how a man who thrives on so much lies would "foit kworrapshun".

it's amazing how much stupidity runs in the GEJ camp...whoever you are and whatever you have been paid to twist the truth, it won't work

under Buhari, the signed pact you have posted was for Brazil to refine our crude (because the refineries had failed under the corrupt leadership of shagari) and return the finished product to us NOT SELL the finished product to Nigeria. Brazil will then charge Nigeria 'SERVICE CHARGE' for the job

you can try to twist the truth but it still wont work
You're a f0cking dunce with a brain the size of a corn seed.
Were you m0rons not the same ones spreading lies that Buhari built 4 REFINERIES?
Where were those refineries when he signed the pact to mortgage the future of this country's industrial base with his own stupiddity?

What the f0ck do you mean by "twist the truth"? Did I pen the 1984 New York Times article? You repulsive bastards should visit the link and go attack them instead of spewing crap on the internet.

No long stories tomorrow, one of 3 things must happen

1. Produce certificate, original or verifiable copy OR
2. Provide a timeline to produce certificate within the next 7 days OR
3. Step down from the race and let APC select an alternative

The rules are the rules. They must be obeyed
Even the INEC deadline has been crossed, so APC can't "select an alternative" at this point.
Should he step down, APC would be out of the race.

Buhari built 40 refineries in Daura.
When he became PTF chairman, he built 25 more for Tinubu.
