Wait, babe we are both ladies, you will agree with me that we don't treat guys we love or value anyhow. Even when unsatisfied there is a way we handle men we cherish. From all indications, to that lady the guy doesn't worth more than a money bag. Trying to get such woman's respect is a waste of resources.

Yea... Maybe love alone isn't enough in a relationship,but Money shouldn't be the basis either . A guy has no official or mandate to spend on a lady who isn't his WIFE (same goes for a lady). Any financial gift or support should be given out of love not responsibility. Men only make it responsibilities to convince their women that they are up to task, unfortunately women now see these actions as a measure to judge men's capability. Lol.

The man should just let the lady go if he wants to live long.

In life, 1+1 does not necessarily equal to 2. God is in charge of our lives, no mortal has absolute contol over his life. It is very important you marry a lady that loves you more, than the one you love more.
A lady that loved you deeply is an asset, but what did you do? you left her because of her Genotype and by extension, the genotype of your children.
While you are still pondering on the possibility and fear of giving birth to SS should you marry AS, also ponder on these:

What if you end up getting married to a lady with AA and she bears no child?

What if you end up with AA that will send you to your early grave?

What if you marry an AA lady and give birth to a child with down syndrome?

Too many WHAT IFs to ponder on. What God has prepared for you might be inconsistent with what the world want or expected but the end thereof lies his Glory. Listen to your inner spirit and follow your conviction ,don't listen to the world.
Chai.. you made sense and blessed my soul. Intrestling my pastor wants her for me but the genotype issue. My father took the risk with my mom and she became the greatest blessing to his life. None of us is SS. Sometimes consciousness of what has not happened makes the reality happen in the negative, I m not afraid at all. But my concern is the girl, her people, friends etc.

Two suggestion 1.let's open a genotype thread, I'm AA, from here may find a match with goodly character if only u don't mind her age.
2. Choose from AS that u love so much get married and decide on just two kids but very very prayerful, even before n after sex and sow seeds of healthy children to a place your faith works. Don't forget to return worship to God who gives all things and with him nothing is impossible.
