Iwobi's improvement under Emery has been remarkable. So much more confident and more daring. He's doing a top job. Arsenal will win a lot of games especially against the smaller teams. I expect us to lose more games to the top teams but even that will be corrected next season when Emery has "his own players".

Gazidis handled the passing the baton from wenger to his successor so much better than how Man Utd went about theirs. We thank him for that.

What didn't make sense to me in the movie was; Why did the husband give all the things he promised his ex-wife to his new wife? I trust Emery but mistakes can still be made.

For example based on what is he still starting Xhaka ahead of Torriera?

Maybe Emery intends to slowly ease him into the team. In any case Torreira's performance so far should see him start games; but along with Xhaka in place of Guendouzi. The kid is very talented and has the potential to be a great midfielder one day but he lacks positional discipline at the moment.

Unai Emery is smart enough to know when to start both Auba and Lacazette. Against the better teams he'll must likely go with a lone striker and an extra midfielder. He tweaks his system to fit the opponent. That's one major difference between him and Wenger.

We have been saying it since Wenger experimented it. Both strikers worked for each other especially Lacazette, they rotated positions and ensured there was a striker in the box at all times. I don't care who drops to the bench, Torreria needs to start against Newcastle. As for our defense, it looks worse than last season so far and the goalkeeping corundum only makes the situation more terrifying.

@ the emboldened, that's what you get when you play xhaka and Guendouzi at the same time, both of whom lack defensive qualities. The saving grace is that we seem to create tons of chances so I expect us to outscore many of our opponents. We will however be in trouble against teams with decent attackers.

Emery should start Torreira, ALWAYS

We have the worst defense and one of the best attack in the league. Funnily we always look better and far more organized whenever Torreira comes in. Surely Emery should see this by now and must start him always.

I really don't see us keeping many clean sheets.
Thankfully the attack is great so we just have to keep outscoring the opponents until we sort it out.

Well, we're working hard (distance covered and sprints). Work rate has significantly improved; two or three transfer windows and Emery might just get the players required to build a really great team.
