It is because of the myopic and naive nature of some individuals, who cannot see that man is not defined by race or colour, but by how much he contributes to the society.

They base their judgements on unnecessary emotions and sentiments, instead of values, that is why they dont always get results.
They have limited themselves to what they know, because they refuse to go in search of knowledge and free themselves from this rot.

Until they break away from the shackles of tribal bigotry, development would be an elusive thing.

They hate being black because they feel inferior, resulting from the fact that some black people have not engaged themselves on the journey of self discovery.
They dont know what they are capable of doing, or are even afraid of trying to make a difference. They have put a permanent limitations on their mind.

When you truly discover yourself and purpose in life, you would understand that all MEN WERE CREATED EQUAL, with potentials irrespective of their colour and race, not inferior to one another.

The same brain, mind and soul was put into man, it only depends on how you put does organs to work, not a function of colour or affiliation.
Knowledge is Power, and you are only limited to what you know, until you go in search of relevant information to broaden yourself, you would continually hate yourself.

- Layer 3 Ether Channel...i doubt if it works on WAN links

- Find out about a device called Link Load Balancer

- Using policy based routing on the links would mean using both links or a default route across both links would utilize both links too instead of combining them.
